“Chance is communicative and very well versed on animal care. It was important to me to have a dog walker that wouldn't let my girl pull on the leash and Chance was excited for the task. He holds her accountable and gets her exercised!”

About: Experience with dogs , cats, birds, rats, hamsters, horses…currently taking care of my two cats and two dogs, I would love to help your furry (or feathered) friends to have a safe and fun day. :) I am currently working part time and substitute teaching while settling in to port orchard. I have two young teenagers who are at my house half-time and I love that I am able to be more available for them, thanks to the part time gigs. Pet parents know best - I’m here to take care of your pet in whatever ways you prefer, with lots of love and safety in mind.

“Grace did an amazing job with my dog Nova! I was quite nervous leaving Nova to go overseas on vacation as I have never spent much time away from her. Nova is a high drive dog who needs an experienced handler and a lot of exercise! Upon meeting Grace and hearing of her experience I immediately felt more secure. Grace is kind and responsible with an extensive background in animal care. Nova loved her from the get go as well. Thank you Grace! Knowing that my Nova was able to get some exercise and mental stimulation with someone I felt comfortable with allowed me to really relax and enjoy my vacation experience. You will be my first choice when the next vacation opportunity arises!”

“Chuco was able to play at the dog park near my apartment and I know he loves that. I got pictures and he had a big smile. I felt he was safe and will use Kaelyn again while I am at work.”

About: I've been a dog mom for 18 years. My dogs have provided me with companionship, loyalty, joy, structure, and unconditional love over the years. My first dog, Angel, was a Beauceron mix with a blue tongue. She was my best friend, my protector, my shadow. I loved her fiercely. She went over the rainbow bridge three years ago at the age of 14. About a year before she passed, our Kai Ken/Mudi mix, Cody Coyote, joined the family as her companion. This past summer, Corgi pup, Michael, moved in. My son's first official dog. We take regular walks together and they are always making us smile and laugh. I know how special pup companions are and I would love to help you care for yours. Daily walks with my pups are very important for me and for them. I need the movement, and they need to smell. On the weekend, I have more time to walk more pups, check on them, give potty breaks, or feed them. My pups have a fenced in yard and are able to take regular potty breaks every two to four hours. We take walks after I get off work. My pups eat breakfast before I work and eat dinner when my family does. I am available on weekends to give your pup/s potty breaks every two to four hours, up to three walks a day, and feeding in your home.

About: Available for services in Brinnon, Lilliwaup, Hoodsport, Lake Cushman and Union. I've been caring for dogs for decades personally, and for family and friends for over 15 years. I have loads of compassion, impeccable attention to detail, and connecting with your pup through their unique expressions of communication is the primary focus of my attention when we're together. I work from home, so have a very flexible schedule that can easily meet your and your pups' needs daily. If you're interested in in-home sitting, my work allows me to remain with your pup for most of the day (minus appointments with walking clients). This allows us to establish and maintain a routine each day - a critical component of limiting your pup's stress while adjusting to you being away. On walks and home checks I offer training reinforcement as well as the kind of walk your dog needs: lots of sniffing time, or a face-paced multi-mile walk/hike, or a little of both! In your home, I will care for it and your pup as my own. Respecting your home's security, your neighbors, and your home's cleanliness is top priority.

About: I have almost 24 years of experience working with a variety of animals in a variety of settings (clinics, shelters, boarding/doggy day care and pet sitting). I am working full-time at a veterinary clinic, however, I am available to drop by in the mornings before work and in evenings after work. Since I am caring for pets in their own home, I will follow the guidelines and rules that have been provided for their safety and protection.

“Thomas was absolutely great! His communication was wonderful right off the gate and he arrived timely and was very personable and polite. Our dog is very powerful and she requires someone with the strength to reign her in… Thomas was perfectly qualified. We could not have been more pleased with him and give him our highest recommendation!”

About: I currently have 3 dogs right now! I have had at least one pet my entire life! I love dogs and enjoy taking care of them and I also love just getting to spend time with them. I have taken care of my own dogs and have helped to dog sit neighbors and friends dogs in the past! I am very responsible and also caring! I am currently working full time Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm but am free anytime on weekends Friday-Sunday! Weekends would work best for house sitting or dog walking purposes. I have a fenced in yard that is fairly large as well as a dog park not far from where I live! I also have 3 dogs who are friendly and love to play! We have a dog door in our house that leads to the backyard so our dogs are free to go outside and come back in as they please!

“Brad was great with Baldur and Baldur loves his new friend. Our dog is large, reactive, and very hyper at times. Brad is great with him and handles his energy and nipping. He genuinely loves working with dogs and I would recommend his services.”

“Jessica is excellent! Our dogs are always so happy when we return, and we have the relief of knowing they’re in good hands while we’re away! I highly recommend using her services for your fur babies!”

About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over a decade, starting with my own beagle who taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and love. I also volunteered as a dog walker at the Kitsap Humane Society, where I gained hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments—including those who were shy, energetic, or needed extra care. What sets me apart is my calm and confident approach, as well as my ability to adapt to each dog’s individual needs. I’m comfortable caring for puppies, senior dogs, and everything in between—and I always treat every pet like they’re family. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m available mornings, evenings, and weekends, and I plan my schedule around giving pets the time and attention they deserve. Whether it’s a walk, drop-in, or extended stay, I make sure pets are never rushed and always cared for with patience and love. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, their safety and comfort are my top priorities. I follow any instructions closely, maintain clean, pet-friendly spaces, and always keep an eye on their behavior and surroundings. I’m mindful of leash safety, secure environments, and ensuring pets are never exposed to unnecessary stress or risk.

About: I have been doing this on the side for 5 years and just decided to make an account. I love animals and have always grown up around them. I will shower your pet with affection and leave your home cleaner than when I arrived. I currently work full time on day shift, so i will not be available from 4am-3pm but I am at all other times and I'm ready and willing to take care of your fur babies like they were my own. In 5 years I have never had a complaint and all customers have been more than satisfied with my service.
