About: I have had years of experience with kids from babysitting and being a camp counselor along with pet setting. Parents would rely on me to take care of the kids as well! I currently work as a registered behavior technician from 9-1 and I’m also a junior at iusb studying health science! My classes are online for the summer session. The dogs will always have my full attention so I can always make sure they aren't getting into anything along as always having a play mate! About: I have been around all sorts of animals since I was a baby. I had a German shepherd growing up. Now I own a hound mix who is very energetic and keeps me busy which I like. While I was in college I worked at my teams stable and took care of my coaches horses, chickens, and her donkey. Since I own a dog of my own, pet care is in my every day life. I am a server at Dante’s house of pizza. Even with my busy work schedule I still have plenty of time to take my own dog to the park, walk him, and play with him. My dog’s name is Gino and he loves being outdoors whenever we can be. He loves going on walks with other dogs. He is really happy when I take him to my friend’s house to play with their dogs. About: I have always enjoyed spending my time with animals. I got my first dog when I was in elementary school - sadly he recently passed away - but since coming to college I have been missing my sweet fur baby. Being able to play with and care for someone else's pet while also earning extra cash would be an ideal job experience for me. Getting a new pet really isn’t an option for me right now. About: We have always had pets (Mostly Dogs) growing up and have never met a dog or cat that didn't like us. We are the type of people that animals (Fur Babies) just feel at ease with. From the smallest of toy and lap dogs to the much larger Great Danes and Mastiffs. We will always get along, even the dog that nobody can handle and scares them. My patients never wears thin and eventually all, even the most stubborn pet warms up to me. Any pet under our supervision will always be taken care of from walks, to alone time to calm their nerves if need be but NEVER neglected. Our routine will be scheduled around whatever is needed We have a full half acre completely fenced in (Wooden privacy fence). About: Hello, I'm a big animal lover. Life is always better with furry friends! I have pretty much always had a dog most of my life & always consider them family. I was lucky & got to be there when my former fur baby was born. Her mom let me massage her hips & tummy while in labor. It was her 1st litter & she was awesome!! She let me handle all 9 of the babies after she was done delivering so we could transfer all them to a clean bed & to help rotate at feeding time to ensure they all ate. All 9 survived & were healthy!! I was also a "doula" for my mom's cats pregnancy & she let me massage her tummy & handle her babies right away also. It's a blessing to see & be a part of. I would love to provide a safe and comfortable care for your pet while you are away. I used to have birds, cats, fish, been around reptiles & snakes, turtles, I worked at an eagle rapture center in Alaska which is where I'm from. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
