I’ve taken my neighbors’ and relatives’ dogs for walk, bathed my in-laws mastiff mixes and cared for puppies for family friends overnight. About: Hey there! My name is Katie and I love dogs! Since I was 10 years old, I've helped my friends and family take care of their beloved pets! I've taken care of puppies, elderly dogs (14+), and even fish before! I've had a lot experience taking care of elderly dogs. Most recently, I boarded a 14 year old chihuahua. Prior to this, I watched a 15 year old miniature schnauzer. Recently, I've had experience training and taking care of puppies, including my own puppy who is now a year and a half! I currently work from home Monday through Thursday so I'm able to take your pet outside as needed. My hours do fluctuate, but my husband I are off Friday through Sunday. My husband and I tag team to ensure our dog and any animal in our care gets all the snuggles and love it deserves! Me and my husband live in a house with a decent sized fenced in backyard that we love to hang outside with our doggos! I love to make sure I take my dogs and any of the dogs that I'm watching for at least one daily mile walk! Sometimes two or three one mile walks a day, depending on the dogs energy. If your dog sheds, I try to brush their hair daily and wash their paws.

About: Please know that my prices are what they are because rover has a service fee!!! I have taken care of other peoples dog since I was 16. I dog sit, I help walk, I have even gone to peoples house just to give their dog attention while the owners were at work. I work full time as a dog trainer so I do have that experience. I have also dog sat dogs that needed to be on medication and had to have a specific times. I have taken care of multiple senior dogs as well as puppies! I have flexible during the day and at night, I can easily walk, feed, give meds, or even give lots of attention! If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
