4. Melodi R.
“Melodi has been fascinated, curious and compassionate about animals from a very young age. She grew up with pets. At a young age she understood the commitment and responsibility a pet requires. She knows training techniques for cats, dogs and horses. She knows how to discern the behaviors of cats, dogs and horses. She knows how to give shots to her cat, dogs and horse. She is responsible and shows up to get the job done. She has worked at a barn feeding, cleaning and performing other care of multiple horses for the last 3 years. Karla”
5. Judy M.
“Judy is known for being a dog whisper. She has provided her amazing dog training methods to us, which we've used with great success with the last 4 Basset Hounds that have been part of our family. She is amazing, and I couldn't imagine a safer, more loving person and dog-friendly home to leave my beloved pets. It is paradise there for them. If they could talk, I know they'd say the same thing! Just is highly recommended.”
6. Hannah H.
About: Hello! I am a local elementary teacher. I have experience taking care of and Housesitting for a wide range of animals. I have been house sitting for the past 6 years regularly and prior to that I always lived with animals and watched friends’ pets. I am comfortable with animals with special needs or that require medication. I have watched everything from sheep to baby goats (kids), to 800 lb. pigs, to Great Pyrenees dogs— and many other dogs, cats, and chicken too. I am happy to take care of any household pets and I especially love dogs and cats. I enjoy hiking and taking dogs on long walks. I am available to stay at your house or watch animals at my house (although I do have a very scared cat). I look forward to meeting your pets. I work full time as a teacher. Available for walks before school or after 3:30 pm. Happy to do evening work or stay at your house, too! I am a runner and hiker. Happy to bring your dog along with me. If you would prefer, walks around the neighborhood or public trails then I can accommodate either option. I do have a car to bring dogs to hiking trails. I do have two cats that are comfortable around dogs. My condo has a small fenced yard and a larger unfenced area for leashes. Dogs are welcome to make themselves at home.
