Jaden quickly won over both our doggos and cats. He even managed to get our super duper scaredy cat to like him! He diligently provided the additional care we requested like watering plants, taking them for walks, and playing with their favorite toys. We also came home to a well kept home. We will be using him again and highly recommend.

We’re so grateful we found Kalea. She stayed in our home and took amazing care of our two Labs while we were away over the 4th of July. She stuck to their routine, which really helped keep them calm and happy, especially during a stressful time. It was obvious they got tons of love and attention while we were gone. We came home to two very content pups! We’ll definitely be booking with her again — highly recommend!

Evan did such a great job watching our dogs today! This was our first time having him stay with them in our home and he made the whole day so much less stressful for us. He kept us updated with messages and pictures throughout the day, made sure everyone went outside and was comfortable. You can tell he genuinely enjoys animals and cared about making sure they were happy and relaxed. He was also really respectful of our home and even offered to help with chores before leaving which was so thoughtful. We came home to happy pups and would absolutely have Evan watch them again!

Debra was great- communicated frequently while she took care of our fur babies. Sent pictures and left the house cleaner then when we left! I’ve already asked her to help us out again in the future. Highly recommend.

About: I've taken care of young and old dogs. I've watched family pets for years and have spent a lot of care on specialized research around animals to ensure I give them the best care I can. I love to play with them, never get bored of watching them and ass I started I pay a lot of attention to detail. I can pick up on all those little details in dogs that many sitters will miss. You could not leave your dog with a safer host. I have a very flexible and open schedule right now. I am willing to work whenever and can plan around caring for your pet. It will be my number one priority. I have an apartment that is free of pets right now so I have the space give your pet some extra room without disruption while they stay with me

About: I’ve enjoyed taking care of pets and house sitting since 1998. I’ve had multiple pets at one time including cats, dogs, fish, and guinea pigs. I work remotely, with flexible hours. My down time activities include reading, which makes keeping an eye on furry family members easy and fun. I enjoy getting fresh air and walking which most dogs usually enjoy as well. I can work from most anywhere, so there’s no problem fitting right in to your pets familiar environment. I do need a desk to work from and somewhere to sleep if overnight care is requested.

This was our first time using Rover and Amanda was absolutely incredible caring for our 8 cats. She was so professional, respectful, loving, and nurturing of our fur kids and our home. We were deeply impressed and touched by her dedication and kindness to our babies, especially when several of them require medication twice daily. She handled all of them beautifully. We can’t recommend her highly enough.

About: I’ve had considerable experience with cats and dogs — over 50 years of being around them — and I now share my home with three cats. I’m now starting to offer pet care as a way to earn money, and I’ll come to your place for drop-in visits, overnight stays, and house sitting. I’m also open to caring for other pets. I’m a calm, patient person, and animals really respond to that energy. When I arrive, I make enough noise so pets aren’t startled, then I spend a minute talking with them and reading how they’re feeling before feeding, litter breaks, potty breaks, or play — whatever they need at that moment. I’m comfortable giving shy pets the time they need to warm up. I don’t have much experience with special needs care, but I’m happy to handle meds or anxiety with a steady, reassuring approach. If a dog barks, I’ll soothe them with a calm voice; if they pull on the leash, I’ll pause until they settle; if a pet’s shy, I’ll let them come to me. My schedule is flexible and I can work around your dates, including weekends and holidays. People often tell me they appreciate my calm, thoughtful approach — it helps my pets feel safe and at ease. I’d love to meet your cat or dog! IMPORTANT- I am flexible. 😊 I will do my best to accommodate reasonable requests. We will discuss details when I come to meet your pet(s). My schedule is flexible since I’m retired. I can work around your schedule, or adjust my own to fit what your pet needs. I do have a couple evening meetings each month, and I’m busy on Sunday mornings. Amelie truly came in clutch when another dog sitter canceled 5 days before my trip. I couldn't have asked for a better person! She was amazing with my HUGE grumpy older dog and my HYPER younger 2 year old...and did I mention they are Rotties?!! She was amazing from start to finish. This is truly the first time I came home from a trip and the dogs seemed well loved and taken care of, no anxiety from them at all. Thanks, Amelie! Rover friends, look no further and book her now...just not when I need her ; )

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 5 years old. I have always had a love for dogs. I currently have two dogs and they’re both rescues. It makes my heart happy to have rescued both of them. I treat all dogs as though they are my own and I want the best for all of them. I am now retired and available during the day on weekdays to walk your dog and play with them. I’m available all day on weekends and holidays, depending on my schedule. I’m able to pet-sit in the client’s home. If you’d prefer I watch your pet at my house, I would have to first introduce them to my two dogs to see if they’re compatible.

About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire life and have had experience owning other pets such as geckos, cats, and snakes. I’ve been a pet sitter for a little over two years. My true passion for pet sitting comes from my desire to be accompanied by them, dogs specifically. I work with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and personalities. Dogs of all backgrounds tend to gravitate towards me and I have never had any negative interactions. While studying for my undergrad, I was actually in charge of all the live animal specimens present on the University grounds. Feeding, exercise, and handling/care were done daily, which can explain my comfortability and familiarity with pet care. I currently am home as I finish my masters degree online so my daily schedule is fairly free. I workout and do part-time contract work when I am not doing schoolwork. I’m extremely flexible and will be willing to meet your needs as best as possible. Simply put, I treat the pets like they are my own. I ensure they are met with sufficient attention, exercise, nutrition, and safety while under my supervision. Minimizing stress is my biggest concern (my dog has separation anxiety so I know how it can be). I’ve found it helpful in the past to use my own dog as a bridge between myself and the client’s pet, as his presence tends to build confidence and reassurance.
