But senior pets and those with special needs hold a special place in my heart. Whether your companion needs daily medications, gentle handling, mobility support, or just a little extra patience and love, I’m here to help. I’m also working toward building a forever home for my own rescues—so when you book with me, you're supporting a fellow animal lover’s dream. I’m experienced in following specific care instructions and maintaining clear communication with owners to ensure the best outcomes for their pets. • Customized companionship, whether it's cuddles, gentle playtime, or just sitting with an animal, I adapt my approach to each pet’s unique personality and emotional needs. I understand the importance of providing a sense of security, especially for pets with anxiety, fear, or past trauma. • Creating a low-stress environment tailored to the animal’s sensory and behavioral needs. About: Ever since I was a kid, I've always loved animals. Whenever I could, I've always taken up a job where I can pet sit and take care of animals. I'm always researching about dogs, cats, and other pets to keep my knowledge up to date. I've even taken care of stray and hurt cats, rehoming them. Currently available to take care of any pet at any time 24/7. Need to find your sitter that day? I'm the one to reach out to. I'll follow any instruction that is needed of me from the client. I'll make sure to give your pet plenty of love and all the care that is needed.

About: I’ve had cats and dogs for the majority of my 34 years of life! I volunteered for one year at an animal shelter, primarily taking care of cats and dogs. I currently do not have any animals but I’m happy to be on Rover to help take care of them for you! I work Monday through Thursday most of the time so I’m free Friday through Sunday. Some evenings, depending on the day. I do not have any kids and I do a lot of projects at home. Would love to hang out with cats and dogs in the process! I do not have a fenced yard but I have plenty of grass for potty time. I have several local trails nearby to take dogs on walks. Dogs will always be on a leash while outside.

About: There are very few times in my life that I haven’t owned a dog. I grew up with dogs and my husband and I currently own two dogs- big lovable knuckle heads who will love to meet your dog. We have a fenced in yard with plenty of opportunities for play time. We both currently work from home full time, so I am able to dedicate a lot of time and supervision to your dog! I have always had a family dog growing up. We have a 7 year old german shepherd and a 4 year old mastiff mix. Both dogs are very friendly and love to play. They are very open to visitors and new friends! Please feel free to contact me at any point if you have any questions. I work from home full time so I have the capability of full time supervision and frequent potty or outside breaks. I work a normal 8-5 job. My back yard is fully fenced in so no chance of escape. We also have a back door that leads directly to the back yard. I have two dogs of my own I care for so adding an additional dog doesn’t change much for me.

About: I started taking care of the family dog a few years ago. With him, I administered medication in a positive way and helped train him. I am comfortable using a harness and a regular collar. I also helped train my senior dog on his reactivity with positive reinforcement. Currently, I am on summer break. I work as a teacher during the school year, so my availability for the next few months is open. At my apartment, my roommate’s dog I take out every 2-3 hours and I give him lots of cuddles. I keep an eye out for anything around me to make sure it is safe.

About: I have owned and taken care of dogs and cats all my life and have a genuine passion for fur babies health and happiness ! I'm semi retired and have flexible availability, I can board, sit, walk mornings or evenings and weekends are no problem. If boarding, small dogs only I do not have a fenced yard so would use a leash or harness. I've never crated a pet but would if the owner prefers

About: I have been a dog owner for most of my life, learning to care for animals at a young age. Pets really bring out the best in us, and it's important to me that you get regular updates and feel your pet pal is in great hands. From years of dog owning, dog sitting, and working at nature centers, I have experience with special needs pets and wildlife rehab, and am comfortable administering medications or handling dietary requirements. I am detail-oriented and sensitive, and try to respond to any animal where it is at in terms of attention and space; giving praise and keeping healthy boundaries. I have had a border collie mix, a miniature dachshund, and a flat-coated retriever (and a parrot, among other pets). Trips to the park or the bay for running and swimming were daily practice. Since my last dog passed, I'm taking some time, but being with other people's dogs is a nice substitute. Sorry, but I can’t do cats - I'd love to, but I'm allergic! I do have experience with other animals though and will consider caring for non-dog pet pals on a case by case basis. I currently work remotely and set my hours, so I have plenty of time to play with your pup. Just let me know what their needs are, and I will try to accommodate. I like to get to know the pets I am caring for so I can learn their quirks and preferences. According to whatever abilities and needs your dogs have, and whatever is safe and enjoyable for them, I like giving enrichment and exercise by playing games, taking dogs with me on hikes or swims, to dog-runs, or just on walks or adventures around town. If your dog plays a sport (like flyball), I would be happy to take them or keep up the training. I believe in positive reinforcement and I’m happy to work with you on any problem behaviors or training goals. I make sure to keep calm, positive energy. If I am pet sitting or home sitting, I care for any home I live in as if it were my own - I will alert you if there are any issues, and will leave it clean and welcoming.

“Makai was great! He took such great care of our dog while we were away. He was super personable and always made sure we were updated on how she was doing. We will definitely be booking again!”

About: I’m comfortable with any age, weeks old to senior, including special needs. Puppy training to geriatric pet care. I’m a nurse at my day job so I’m pretty savvy on medication administration, keeping my best pals fed and comfortable. Meeting needs of pet owners and their loved one. I’m a nurse at my day job, but I’m available for all weekend’s and holidays. For one time pet sitting, walks and play time, or vacation stays in home or house sitting. I have an open home for pets to come for sitting, with plenty of outdoor space for long walks. Or I’d be comfortable house sitting and animal sitting for clients as well.

About: I love all animals, but dogs are my favorite! I raised a miniature schnauzer for 15 years (RIP Dooney). I now have a senior rescue named, Layla Grayce. I’ve volunteered at many animal shelters and have fostered dogs as well. I will love your fur baby just as they were my own! Thank you for trusting me and allowing me the opportunity to look after your fur baby 💕🐶🐱😊 I work remotely from home. This flexibility allows me to make myself available as needed for your pets needs. I will honor your pups schedule for all feedings, walks, and potty breaks. Layla would be a great companion for your pup as she is gentle and calm. At bedtime, I can crate your pup or allow them to roam my home. I will give them the attention they deserve while doing my best to make sure they feel safe and at home. I’ll also take photos and provide frequent updates while I care for your fur baby :)

Brooke S.
“I’ve known Brooke her whole life. She has always loved animals. She has always owned pets that she took good care of. Growing up she took many pet sitting jobs for those who were going on vacation. Our pastor and many others would call her back the next time they would need care because she did such a good job. I have gone with her on some jobs and noticed that the animals loved to see her coming. When ever a stray animal showed up at the church she spent all of her spare time to care for them and also spent her own money to take an injured stray cat to the vet. Brooke has a loving heart towards all animals. She goes above and beyond to care for them. She is very trustworthy and dependable, a good Christian lady.”

Abraham R.
“Abe took care of our dog while house-sitting for us in 2023. When we explained the care routines for our pet (and property), Abe asked thoughtful questions and took notes. He sent us adorable updates while we were traveling and when we returned the place was cleaner than when we left it-- and Milo was happy and healthy. I think he bonded with Abe, a bit, and seemed to be looking for him after he left. I think he'll make a great petsitter!”
