“Emily was friendly, on time, and communicated well. My pup sure appreciated her availability to take her out and about during my long workdays. Thanks for the help, Emily!”

About: I have spent most of my life surrounded by animals and I wouldn't have it any other way! Currently, our furry roommates include our Australian Shepherd, Timber (aka The Professor), our insanely cuddly orange cat, Soup, and two lovely little rats, Spicy Boi and Bohdi. I’ve been caring for pets for over 20 years, both my own and others'. I’m comfortable with animals of all sizes and personalities, including senior pets and those that need medication or a little extra patience. I take pride in being calm, reliable, and tuned in to what each animal needs to feel safe and comfortable. Pet care is already a part of my daily rhythm, so fitting in visits, walks, or overnight stays with your pets comes naturally! I work from home and have an extremely flexible schedule, so I can accommodate morning, afternoon, and/or evening visits. Whatever you need! When I’m caring for pets in my home, safety and comfort are my top priorities. Timber (my dog) and Soup (my cat) are part of our daily routine and are well-socialized. I make sure all animals have their own space, are supervised, and are kept away from any off-limits areas. When I’m in a client’s home, I’m respectful of your space and routines and make sure your pet stays safe, engaged, and well cared for.

About: I’ve been around dogs my entire life and grew up training hunting dogs. I got my own dog about 5 years ago and she’s super energetic so I’m well versed in walking and play time with all dogs. I can also give medication if necessary. I’m very easy going and ready to love on those doggies and create a good experience for them and you! I’m a medical school student, currently on break so I have a bit of free time on my hands. I would love to help you and your babies! If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out, I’m happy to answer. I’ve never not had a pet so for me it’s pretty routine. Having a pet that depends on me helps keep me motivated and active! I’ve always treated my pets like a family member. I also love meeting others as well. I’m such an animal lover and I will treat your babies like I would treat my own, with love and respect.

About: Im a parttime dog groomer, petco certified dog trainer with 4 doggos of my own! Boarding is held at the grooming facility i work at in Lyons. My weekends tend to be more grooming oriented but I work at a small groom shop that offers boarding and has the space for it *NOTICE* BOARDING AT A GROOMING FACILITY REQUIRES RECORDS OF COMPLETE VACCINATIONS PROVIDED BY YOUR VET. I can take down that information at the meet and greet

About: I've been taking care of pets for family, friends, and neighbors for years. I grew up around dogs and have yet to meet one that doesn't like me. Through the years, I've taken care of all types of dogs and cats; from young, crazy pups to old, sick dogs and from ornery mostly outdoor cats to snuggly kitties that want to use me as a bed. My other job is remote, so my schedule is very flexible for whatever your pet may need. Weekends or weekdays doesn't make much of a difference. I'm also a morning person, so early morning walks, feedings, etc are perfectly fine! For boarding, I have one pet friendly roommate and dog. The dog is so cat friendly that she annoys some cats by trying to convince them to play. My yard is fenced, but there is currently a damaged section that has been covered with temporary plastic fencing. The damage will be repaired soon and until then, I don't let anyone out there without supervision. For house sitting or drop-ins, I treat your pets the way I would want mine treated. I also try to match any routines your pet might be used to, if it's eating at a certain time or always being let out at a certain time, just let me know and I'll make sure to keep things as familiar as possible for your furry friends.

About: Hi, My name is Katie, and I'll be your dog's new best friend. I am a veterinary technician for a prestigious hospital in the Fort Worth area, and I have loved animals since I was little. Not only do I work with animals on a daily basis, I am a fur mama as well. I have two cats, and three dogs. A Great Dane, a Saint Bernard, and a beagle. I love them all (big or small!) I am available most mornings and evenings, as well as can step out and take care of business during my lunch time at work. I know animal cpr, and am great in an emergency. I love to cuddle and play when it comes time for that as well! I am able to follow strict schedules and dietary restrictions, as well as teach anyone a thing or two if they have questions. I hope to be able to get to know you and your fur baby! I currently am a stay at home mom and very part time dance coach for our local high school. I am available most times and days! I never take pets outside of fenced areas unless securely fasten in a leash. If you have a harness that is even better! I try and watch all entry ways when coming in and out as well to make sure no one slips out.

About: I love taking care of animals... as long as they’re nice! Before we start, I do like to get introduced to the animals so they’ve met me before. I like to know how you take care/walk your pet or train your pet, how you feed your pet. I don’t like breaking your routine. Everything should be the same for your pet to make it easier on them! Walking: I will make sure they have water. If it’s muddy/raining, I’ll make sure before they come in to the house that they’re clean! Playing/Enrichment: Please specify the enrichment methods you use! I would love to provide your pet with mental stimulation! All pets must be up to date on vaccines. **WILL NOT BE TAKING ANY DOGS TO A DOG PARK** If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. I have a business in the pet care industry, so I understand different needs that come with having different breeds, animals, etc. I love animals and do everything I can do learn how to best care for them. I care for them as if they are my children. I love all of them! Every animal as a unique personality and little quirks that make me smile. I follow all instructions given to me by their parents and try to make sure all animals have the proper tools they need to be healthy and happy!

“Tayla loves all animals! When I first met Tayla she was mom to two small dogs and a rabbit. Her love for those animals was shown in how happy and healthy thy were. She is now mom to a border collie, an orange cat and four rats, and a 3 year old human! She loves and cares for them all and makes sure they are living their best lives. You cannot go wrong entrusting an animal to Tayla’s care”

David H.
“David is the most caring and responsible pet owner I have ever known. Not only is he a loving pet owner himself, he has also been in pet care professionally for many years. He has always been my first choice when I need a pet sitter, and he is the only person my very antisocial cat has ever loved, besides myself! There is no one I could recommend more to make sure your pet is well loved and taken care of!”

Samuel F.
“Sam is great with our dogs! They are always happy to see him, and in good spirits when we return. He's watched them for us several times, from simple day trips to most recently a 2 week house-sitting stay with them. Our pups are older and he's great with managing/delivering any meds needed or special food required. You won't be disappointed in his level of care and attention!”

Kathryn F.
“Kathryn is an amazing dog sitter and she never leaves a mess and she is an amazing person! She will take great care of any pet”

Heather H.

“Very responsive, and communicative. No issues, would hire again.”

Stacy M.
“Stacy is really good with dogs, as well as cats! She was very patient with our geriatric dog, and lovingly took care of him! I would recommend her for any age pet!”

Angela A.
“The sitter we had hired became ill and we were in a position to hire someone with very short notice to stay overnight at our home with our three dogs. Angela was among the first to respond to our listing. She was professionally proactive and offered to do a meet and greet, which we did. My husband and I both felt comfortable enough after the interview to trust her in our home with our pups. Her references were stellar. She followed directions perfectly and left our home orderly and most importantly, our dogs seemed happy in all the photos and videos she sent. She was respectful and asked before leaving to grab dinner or let her own dogs out versus simply leaving our dogs to tend to her chores. She was responsive to our texts. She impressed me as being a strong, independent, ambitious woman who genuinely cares for dogs and enjoys her work. I would definitely recommend her.”
