“I noticed immediately my dogs were much calmer and more relaxed than when I take them to a boarding kennel. The home setting that Jocelyn provides is much more accommodating for our dogs that struggle with anxiety. Really happy to have had such a great experience with our first time using Rover. Jocelyn is a really great care provider.”

About: Dogs, cats and horses have been a passion of mine my whole life. I use all kinds of animals to help stressed out and traumatized kids. I've been called on time and time again to rescue pets in need. My pets are all well cared for, and I treat others' pets as if they were my own. I live on a 3 acre lot with a large fenced in yard. I have a doggy door so dogs can choose to come and go as they please. My dogs are friendly and easy going around other pets. We love to go to the dog park as well as go on walks every day! It would be an honor to care for your pet! Most of the time, I'm either home or close to home. Much of my work us at my home. The parts of my job that are away from the house come in short segments and rarely longer than 3 hours at a time. My dogs like to run errands with me whenever it's safe and possible. Your pet would be welcome to join us if he/she wants. I have a large fenced in yard and a 3 acre horse pasture around our house. Right now I have 2 older dogs and another dog a little less than a year. They are great with other pets. They would live to keep your fur baby company, or, if you prefer it, I can keep him/her in a crate. My dogs sit on the furniture and sleep with me if they want. Your pet would be welcome to make himself at home. I work a lot from home, and a few hours away from home so I have plenty of time to love and care for your fur baby! I strive to follow the wishes of the owner. I have enough experience to know that the dogs are relaxed when we are relaxed, so we keep things pretty chill around the house. I will accompany your dog outside to be sure he/she is safe.

“Absolutely fantastic! This was our first time hiring a sitter for our pooch and Ally made the process smooth and comfortable. Her home and family is super pet friendly and they have a genuine love for animals. We will definitely book with Ally again!!!”

About: My 7-year old Aussie, Romeo, was my pride and joy and I understand how much it means to have someone care for your baby the way you would! I have had dogs and cats my whole life so I have plenty of experience with them as well as dog sitting experience for many years. My first Christmas without my Romeo I was so nervous to leave him with someone I didn't know but I knew there was no way I could leave him at some kennel no matter how good the ratings. That's when I found Rover and the most wonderful dog sitter for him! My comfort and relief in knowing that he was going to be comfortable and cared for in someone's home while I was gone meant the world to me. That's why I decided to join Rover, to help comfort someone else in my situation! I promise to give your babies as much love and affection as they can handle! We now have a Heeler, 3 kitties, and 2 human babies. 😋 ****************************************************************** Because I have small children, I do ask that we do a meet & greet before booking any new clients. I want to be sure that everyone feels safe and comfortable! ****************************************************************** If you are looking for care for your puppy (under 1 year) or for an XL dog (>100lbs), please contact me! I have in my details that I do not accept these dogs as a general rule, but I can accept either on a case-by-case basis. (Is the pup house trained? Is the big dog high energy or mellow? Etc.) I am happy to answer any questions or concerns that you might have, feel free to contact me! I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies! I am currently a full-time stay at home mom so I have lots of time to love on your babies and allow them as many breaks as they need :) We do not have a fenced yard, but we do get outside a lot! I will happily take your pup out for potty breaks on a leash as often as they need, and they will get two walks per day (unless you have instructed otherwise) We have a dog that loves to play, but he's definitely capable of giving space to dogs who need it. My goal is to make sure your baby is completely comfortable and happy!

About: With over 16 years of hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of dog breeds—including Bernese Mountain Dogs, American Staffordshires, Blue Nose Pitbulls, Blue Heelers, Labs, Australian Shepherds, and German Shepherd mixes—I bring a lifetime of genuine love and practical knowledge to every dog I care for. I was brought home from the hospital with a Blue Healer, and over the years, I’ve learned how to handle different personalities, energy levels, and needs with patience, consistency, and care. Whether it's high-energy breeds that need structure and exercise, or gentle giants who just want company and comfort, I know how to create a safe, positive environment where dogs feel at home. My goal is always to treat your pup like family, because that’s what they deserve. Pet care is a natural part of my everyday life. I work from home, which allows me to be present and attentive to the needs of the dogs I care for throughout the day. My mornings and afternoons include outdoor exercise, and I love incorporating dogs into that routine with walks, playtime, or just some fresh air. During lunch, I take a break specifically for dog play or enrichment time, giving them the attention and activity they need. Throughout the day, my own dog lays by my side while I work, and I treat all dogs in my care with that same level of comfort, companionship, and attention. In my home, dogs are treated like family. We have a fully fenced yard where pups can safely run, explore, and play. There’s also a screened-in porch equipped with doggy fans, offering a cool, breezy spot to relax after outdoor time. Inside, dogs have plenty of cozy spaces to hang out, and they're never short on love or attention. My two kids are great with dogs and enjoy playing, tossing toys, and giving lots of belly rubs throughout the day. Whether it’s active play or just relaxing together, your dog will feel right at home here.

Alison D.
“Any dog would be delighted to be taken care of by Allison. Allison is both loving and responsible to those pets entrusted in her care. I appreciated how she scheduled two "meet and greet" before I left my dog with her for a week. First, her dog and my dog meet for a walk. Then my dog and I were invited to Allison's house, so my dog would be comfortable when I dropped her off. The week went smoothly, thanks to Allison' excellent care. I highly recommend her.”

Talia T.

“Talia was good with my baby! She messages me back asap and with any concerns she’d inform me about it. She is a great dog sitter. Your baby will be in good hands with her!”
