“My dog loves it when he gets to go stay with Samantha. When I pick him up he is always happy to see me but seems confused on why we can’t all just stay there. He is always excited to go back.”

“Ruby had the best time and was well taken care of during her 3 day stay with Barbara and Darryll! We got plenty of updates and it was so comforting knowing she was happy and safe so we could enjoy our vacation!”

About: I grew up with dogs and have dog sat for family and friends since college. I have a seven year old dog named Cabot who I've had for six years and love dearly! I've taken care of reactive and older dogs. I work from home so I have plenty of time to play with and care for your dog! I walk my dog 3-4 times a day, play with him lots, and give him lots of cuddles. I'll do the same for your pup! There are plenty of trails and places to bring dogs to explore near me. My dog loves other dogs and would be thrilled to play with your pup! I always make sure dogs get plenty of exercise, time outside, and relaxing/cuddling time.

“This was my first time using Rover and I’m so glad Shannon was my first dog-sitter. She took great care of my 6-month old black lab Rain. She took her on walks and made her feel at home. Knowing I was a bit anxious about leaving Rain with a new person, Shannon sent me a picture and a short message letting me know she was doing great. I would definitely book with her again!”

“I picked up a happy pup after a stay with Eddie and Rene. Eddie took Charlie on walks, hikes, and to the local parks. He has two other dogs who got along well with Charlie. Eddie is quick to respond to texts and sends pictures along. We will have Charlie stay with Eddie and Rene again. Thank you !”

“Sarah was great! Very attentive to my dog, Willa’s, needs, communicative, and Willa absolutely adored her dog Maple. We will definitely use them again should the need arise.”

“Christina and Jason were great with my girls. I received pictures of them daily along with descriptions of their daily activities. They kept my girls busy and happy. I would highly recommend them.”

“Gwynn was amazing, ad Ursa had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the daily picture and video updates, and it was clear Ursa enjoyed being in such a beautiful, safe, and loving environment. We would recommend Gwynn and her lovely property to anyone seeking a caring provider. Thank you!”

“Piper was incredible. She gave us great updates, which eased our anxiety as this was the first trip away. She is incredibly knowledgeable and made sure our dog got plenty of play, exercise, and love. She was incredibly flexible as our flights got delayed and schedule changed multiple times! I could not recommend her more. Our dog came home so happy and we feel so lucky he got such excellent care!”

“Jose and his family accommodated our last minute need for dog care for our lab, Buttercup. She had so much fun with their dogs and the whole family. We got lots of updates and picture that gave us peace of mind. And, bonus, she came back exhausted and slept all day after the weekend of fun play with new friends. She came wait to go back again!”

“Our two year old mixed breed shelter pup stayed with Hailey for two nights and came home tired and happy. It was our first time boarding her and I was nervous because she can be high maintenance (not well leash trained, jumps on/barks at people, etc.). But Hailey was easy to communicate with, flexible about drop-off/pick up times, and sent me pictures of Maple playing with her foster dog, which put my mind at ease. Her fenced-in yard is great for the pups to run and play!”

“My dog Russell stayed with Julia and she was flexible about the extending the stay. She sent me some lovely action shots of him enjoying himself. I feel confident that he is well taken care of there.”

“Julia was AMAZING. She was the first person we’ve ever left our little fur baby with besides family, and after her... I don’t know how we’ll leave her with anyone else! She sent us incredible and gorgeous photos, took her on a hike and probably 6 walks within 24 hours, and took amazing care of Ina. I would recommend julia to anyone looking to board their dog in the Bay Area—she even met us 30 minutes from our house since the hour drive was a bit far for us, free of charge. Julia is an incredible dog sitter and such a clear dog lover. Highly recommended any day x x x x x x x x x x”

“My dogs are use to structure and I chose her because of her profile stating trainer experience. She was a amazing care giver. She kept us posted with pictures and communicated very well. The dogs seem very at ease when I brought them home. Also I was nervous because this is my first time using rover she provided me with a great experience. She has earned a repeat customer. Thank you for taking great care of them.”

“Lahana was fantastic, very easy to communicate with and I felt she truly heard and took to heart my cat’s needs! She Was incredibly friendly and was flexible with drop off and pickup for boarding! Her doggies were super friendly and well managed for the brief interaction I had with them! She helped out big time and was affordable for what I needed! She updated me with pictures throughout Wally’s stay without me even having to ask! Thanks so much Lahana! Looking forward to reaching back out in the future when traveling in the area again!”

“Kelly and her son did such an amazing job watching my baby Coco. I would definitely use Kelly again and would refer her to anyone looking for a dog sitter.”

“Nina was awesome! My dog Mattis had a great boarding experience. I felt 100% comfortable knowing that Nina was taking such good care of my boy. Not only would I recommend Nina to others but will be asking her to sit for Mattis again soon.”

About: I have been walking and pet sitting since I was younger. I would watch and walk my neighbors dog for them when they went away. I recently graduated from UVM with my B.S in animal science hoping to go to Vet school in the future. I have worked with more than just dogs and cats, but livestock too. I work at a vet clinic as a vet technician right now and walk/ pet sit for families in the area now. I work a full time job at a vet clinic but have availability before and after work, as well as weekends. My hours do vary on certain days so feel free to reach out regardless! I do have a good size backyard. It is not fenced in but I have do have 4.5 acres of land behind my house. There are also walk/hiking trails down the road from my house.

“I wholeheartedly recommend Kim to anyone needing boarding or daycare for their doggie crew. I initially made boarding reservations for my two dogs, but plans changed when a 75 pound rescue came into my life. Kim was willing to board my entire crew of 3. Kim is conscientious, kind, patient, and accommodating. (One of my girls is sometimes uncomfortable walking on hardwood floors, even with trimmed nails. Kim put out yoga mats and a runner to help her feel more comfortable.) I would not hesitate to recommend her and Moose.”

About: I've always been around animals growing up. I've cared for all different kinds of livestock, cats, dogs, and small animals like bunnies and reptiles (no snakes or spiders though yet). And I love every minute of it. I have over 10 years of professional pet caring experience. I've house/pet sat for family members before. And local people in my town. I've also worked and still work in horse boarding barns, small family owned barns, and a local large animal sanctuary. I've even volunteered at my local animal hospital multiple times. I'm always willing to bend to the clients personal request when it comes to caring for their fur babies and homes. Right now I'm still in school until June 8th 2025. I have 3 jobs. One is seasonal and 2 are year around. So my schedule has a lot going on. Luckily my jobs are pretty flexible making things like house/pet sitting doable. I'm a very patient person. So when it comes to dealing with pets and tasks I take things one step at a time. My pets are well loved and know it. I have never gotten a complaint from any past or present client. I am more then willing to communicate different needs and come up with a plan to make your pets and you getting to know me a good and relieving experience. I'm also more then happy to give regular updates and send lots of pictures.
