About: Ever since I can remember I’ve been around animals! When I was born, there were cats and a dog in the house. I was responsible for my own dog, a brindle boxer, from the age of twelve, and took great care of her, cleaning up after her, and taking her for runs and walks all the time. Before her, my family had a golden retriever that we loved with all our hearts. I even had four turtles from the age of 7 through 19. I’ve got plenty of experience taking care of animals! I currently have a variable schedule where I work two to three days a week, some days 3-4 hours, sometimes the whole day from 8-3pm. It just depends. However, even on the full days I have time during lunch for quick puppy bathroom breaks, and plenty of time after work for walks or runs. I can crate your pup if needed, and I live in an apartment complex with a little dog park if they need some socializing! In regards to walks, I usually do these in the evening once it starts to cool down a bit so the fur babies don’t overheat. I can take them on short runs too so they can get all the exercise they’d need!

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. (my soul dog’s ashes are in my paw tattoo 🐾🩷) I grew up with Rottweilers and currently have two of my own, Gino & Haus, they're my whole world! I also have a handful of kitties🥰 My passion for animal care goes back as far as I can remember. From baby videos of me crawling on my dog and giving him a big hug & kiss, to completing a veterinary training class in 10th grade, where I learned the basics of animal health and handling! There even was one time I rescued two dogs on the side of the highway who had dug out of their backyard!! I now have about 3.5 years of hands-on experience working with animals, including two years at doggy daycares, where I've cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I treat every pet like they're my own and I always try my best to give them a safe, loving, reliable person they can trust just as much as they trust you, no matter how long it takes them to warm up to me. Working with animals is more than just a job to me—it's what I love, and I plan to make it my lifelong career. I am almost always able to stay overnight for house sitting, and depending on my work schedule, I can spend all day, all morning, or all afternoon and evening with your baby. I always try to spend as much time as I can with your baby. (leaving work is as hard as you can imagine) My most common shift is 1:00 PM–7:00 PM, though I can also work morning, afternoon, and split shifts, though the weekday morning shifts are extremely rare. My weekday shifts are never longer than 6.5 hours, and the only time I may be away for up to 10 hours is on the occasional Saturday when I'm scheduled for a longer shift. On Sundays, I usually work split shifts, which means I'm able to come home and spend about 2½ hours with your pet between work periods. If it's a good fit for your baby and you're comfortable with it (and comfortable paying for it😅), I'd also be happy to talk about bringing them with me to my work so they can enjoy extra socialization, enrichment, and attention, while never leaving my side! I'm committed to keeping your babies routine as normal as possible and will always communicate my schedule ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect!! Your babies safety, happiness, and well-being are always my top priority. I love to take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and other special needs so they feel comfortable and cared for while you're away, as if you haven’t even left! I am experienced in administering medications, following food schedules, and providing extremely gentle and personal care. Walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays, I'll always make sure your baby gets plenty of exercise, attention, playtime, and affection (and making sure they know it!!) while I keep their routine as normal and consistent as I possibly can! I treat every pet as if they were my own, and pay close attention to their behavior so I can quickly notice and respond accordingly with any changes or concerns. You will also always get regular updates and photos about how they were and their day!

About: I have hands-on experience working in a veterinary hospital, giving me experience caring for dogs and cats with a variety of needs. I am comfortable with feeding, medications, monitoring behavior, and providing individualized care. I understand how important it is to follow each pet’s routine. I’m especially passionate about making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate a variety of pet care needs throughout the week. I am generally available Monday through Friday outside of my work hours, and I have additional flexibility on Saturdays and Sundays. I typically work around 9 AM–5 PM on weekends, but I’m still available for evening and overnight care. I may also have occasional work on Thursdays, but I will always communicate my availability clearly and make sure I can give your pets the time and attention they need. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. My veterinary experience has taught me the importance of paying attention to changes in behavior, following care instructions carefully, and creating a calm environment for pets. I will treat your home with respect, follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, and keep you updated so you can feel confident that your pets are safe and well cared for.

About: I’m an animal lover! I not only grew up with several pets including cats, dogs, fish, parakeets, & hermit crabs - but I now have two cats and two dogs of my own.
