I’m also a proud dog parent to two Huskies who are my whole world, so fur, walks, playtime, and goofy personalities are already part of my daily life! I’ll treat your pets like family and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re gone! My primary job is working as a Physician’s Assistant at ECU Health. The way my schedule works is sometimes I have weeks off at a time. Most morning/ nights / weekends free. I care for pets right in their own homes so they can stick to their normal routine and feel comfortable while you’re away. I follow all instructions closely: feeding time, potty breaks, walks, playtime, meds if needed, and of course lots of love and cuddles. I make sure food and water bowls are fresh, messes are cleaned up, and your pet gets plenty of attention. I’m happy to send updates and photos so you can see how much fun your pet is having. My goal is to make your pet feel happy, relaxed, and loved until you’re home again

About: I grew up with an home full of pets and have two sweet kitties right now. From experience, I know that leaving your pets in someone else’s hands can be stressful. I always keep owners in the loop with photos and updates. I make sure to play with them and keep them active while you’re gone! I love taking dogs on walks and exploring new areas. My dogs growing up were scavengers, so I am extremely vigilant to make sure your home is safe for your pets and am a double and triple checker when caring for your fur babies. I have an extremely flexible WFH schedule and am able to stay at your home for long periods and spend time with your pets, do drop ins, and take them on long walks! My schedule is up to date. I work from home, but have to travel in WNC for some events (never overnight). I am able to work from your home if you need someone there most of the day and will make sure to communicate when I am traveling. I am vigilant about making sure things that pets shouldn’t get into are put away and inaccessible. I always keep the home I am clean and orderly and make sure to communicate with owners about accidents and clean them up!

“Anna has been nothing short of incredible. We are travel nurses and work long days so we needed somebody to play with and walk our black lab and golden doodle. Anna never missed an appointment and always worked with us when we gave her short notice and the dogs were always tired when we got home and happy in the photos. When we would go out of town Anna was responsive and always with our dogs and sent photos of them. Not only were they well cared for but so was our house. Anna would go above and beyond and clean her sheets and towels and even sweep in the house so we would come home to a clean home. If we ever come back to Greenville Anna would be our first call for the dogs and she should be yours too.”

About: I grew up with 3 dogs (Chief, Hunter, and Sydney) and 2 Guinea pigs, and I miss them greatly. Back home I would always babysit my sisters 2 Pitbull rescues, but since moving cross country, I don't get to see them much anymore. I adopted a kitten I found last year, and have been learning about feline care. I'm great with dogs of all sizes and ages, I've been through it all. Any special medications, feeding habits, or even if they're troublemakers, I can handle it! I work full time, so expect me early in the morning, and around 6pm. (Sometimes midday if possible) Weekends totally open! :) I will say I am much more of a morning person, so if that is what your pet is used to, look no further. I am very considerate for each situation, and no to pets are the same. Overall my strategy with my own pet is to get all of her energy out at once, and then to let her rest and relax for a while. Sometimes I'll give her puzzles, or new objects to get her thinking.

About: I have been bringing home and taking in animals ever since 2010 when I was in 5th grade. I have always put a lot of time, patience, love, sweat and money into my own animals. I try to give my babies the best quality of life that I can provide and I intend to do the same while yours are in my care! I have a tremendous amount of love & respect for all animals. I also have a lot of experience with multiple different breeds because I've had numerous dogs, a cat & a leopard gecko. Some duties I can help assist with include potty training, walking, teaching training commands & any senior/special needs care. If needed I can administer oral liquid medications, as well as pills and I can change diapers too. I am a stay at home dog mommy and I run a small business as well. So I generally have a lot of time, love & space to offer at my house throughout the week for guests. If you were to need extended daycare time for longer than 12 hours, it is $10/hour per extra hour outside of my set daycare hours. If you were to need to drop-off before 8am I do charge an early bird fee of $10.
