She invited Eddie into her home and treated her just like one of her family members. She was experienced in providing Eddie’s food and supplements. She was flexible in allowing my drop off time, which really helped given my strange schedule. She updated me daily with pictures, which really helped put my mind at ease. Eddie had such a great time playing with her son and enjoying her walks. She probably would’ve stayed there had I not forced her back into the car. This was my first time using Rover so I was naturally nervous to drop my baby off, but I felt better knowing she would have around the clock human care and interaction while I was gone because I know she gets lonely on shorter trips when I've had friends just drop in. Karin assured me Zucchini would be fine, and she was! She sent me updates and pictures daily to let me know how Zucchini was doing. She even went the extra mile and clipped Zucchini's nails for me, which I greatly appreciated because the week up to me leaving had been tough on a personal level and I had planned to clip Zucchini's nails before her Rover stay but never got around to it. I’ve had to give oral medication to my senior dog on a daily basis and I have knowledge of giving cats oral medication as well. I know how to potty train puppies if needed as well. I currently work from home so if I’m boarding an animal I am available to walk them ever 1-2 hours for a small period of time before I have to go to get back to work. I’m usually off at around 7 pm so after that I am available to go on long walks, play much more, take them to the park if it’s allowed and much much more!
