About: I have taken care of many dogs (house sitting or not) by friends, family and neighbors for many years now. I can walk, play with, and feed pets of any age, and most importantly, show them love with their owner away! Currently, I am home from school for the summer and have plenty of free time! I have a part time job but I only work it a few times per week! I will take care of your dog in the ways that you want me to. I will respect your space and try not to break the habits you have already established with you dog.

“Was able to come and let my dog out when she said she would. Posted some cute pictures. Thank you for taking care of my girl.”

“Alexandria was great! Took great care of Bella for me while I was out of town! Thank you for introducing Bella to a new friend and keeping her company!”

About: I have had dogs in my life since I was 10 years old. My first dog was a beagle pup and I have taken care of dozens of breeds of dogs since then, from chihuahuas to great danes. I have walked the largest of breeds and have trained them as well. I have had friends and family members entrust their dogs to me to care for weekly stays as well as to exercise regularly. Your fur babies will be in good care with me! Also whenever I see a lost dog running around I try my best to catch it and get it back to its owners. My son has been with me several times when this has happened and now he does it too. I am a stay-at-home mom so I can make my availability whatever it needs to be for you and your best fur friend (within reason and safety limits). I have a fenced yard and one friendly dog named Flash. He loves playing with other dogs that come stay with us. The best thing about him is his absolute obedience to my commands. He truly is the smartest dog I've ever had! 💜 While caring for your dog at your home I will follow all of your rules and respect how you wish for your dog to be cared for. Your dogs will be treated like family in my home. I love to take the dogs outside to play or just to soak up some sun when the weather cooperates. Snuggles come at no extra cost in my house, and your pup will be relaxed and happy when you come back. I follow all instructions given to me by my client and give updates on their well-being throughout the duration of their stay. I answer texts and calls quickly. I will not accept dogs that display aggression to other dogs or humans under any circumstances for boarding in my home.

About: For as long as I can remember I have taken care of, rescued, and cared for animals. Through out my life I have over all had 18 animals in my house hold (at one point in time 8 cats all under the same roof) and I have often helped taken care of animals of family and friends. I have checked in on dogs for noon outside time and potty breaks as well as stayed at a home for as long as a month to take care of a cat. I have experience with pets in all stages of life and in handling animals with different temperaments. I have also given animals medications (from diabetic shots to thyroid pills to special prescription food) and I am very active in taking care of them. Currently I have one dog and three cats that I share with my partner, all of whom I have taken care of from early on in their lives. I am currently in between jobs so most days and times I am available. I do share a car but we always work together to figure out who can use the car when. Just let me know what you need and when and I will work with you to figure out a schedule that works for both of us. I am very respectful of other's homes, making sure things are clean and nothing is messed up. Whether your fur baby tore up a rug or I accidentally broke something, there will be full transparency on what happened while you're away. I can send daily text check ins and don't mind being called daily to ensure everything is alright, your animals are family and I will treat them as such. Any house rules or animal schedules you have set I will abide by. I will give your animal full attention and do what I can to give them what they need.

“Riley did an amazing job checking in on our pup Charlie. She came over and met us ahead of time, sent us updates and pictures, and was very flexible. It really put our mind at ease to know Charlie was well taken care of. We plan on using her again in the future!”

About: I am an experienced in-home/travelling dog sitter. Having dogs of my own, I realize the convenience and relief I feel when I know that my dog will be cared for in her own environment should we be away. I started off helping out a friend by watching her dog when she went on vacation, and have been dog sitting for over 20 years now. In addition, we have always had a family dog. Most recently our dogs have included Rottweilers and Pit Bulls. I have no breed bias, although my experience has primarily been with larger dogs. I love pets of all sort. I have also had cats and guinea pigs. I would be honored to help you by watching your fur baby. I have recently completed a certification in cat and dog first aid through the American Red Cross. Thanks for considering me! I currently work remote for my full time job, so that will allow me to spend quality time with your pet during the day as well as evenings for pet sits. It also provides me the flexibility to help out with occasional drop ins or walks. I will visit prior to the first event (drop in, walk or pet sit) to review the pet’s routine and any special instructions you may have for me. I want you to be able to provide direction and feel totally comfortable leaving your pet in my care.

“She was so nice and my cat loved her”

“Maddie is the best! My boyfriend uses her services for his dogs because he often travels for work, so when I needed someone to take care of my cats when I was out of town, I knew Maddie was the answer. She loves animals and is so kind to them. It is nice knowing I have someone I can trust my babies with when I cannot be there.”

About: I have grown up with dogs all my life, mostly Labradors. I currently have a Catahoula Leopard Dog, who I adopted from the shelter last year. I have trained dogs to do tricks, walk on the leash, and I often socialize them with people and other animals. I know how hard it is to have a pet (they are basically a child), so I understand what it means to trust another person to care for them and I do not take that for granted. I am currently a student at FSU, so I am available most days to care for your pet! I can board your pets on weekends, and I can walk them 2 to 3 times a day depending on their needs. I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex where I can walk your pet multiple times a day. I can also take them on walks when I check on them at your home. I have a friendly, neutered, Catahoula Leopard Dog named Frankie, who loves to play with other dogs. He is friendly with cats as well, but they generally seem uninterested in him.

About: Hi! I’m glad to see you are considering me to care for your pet! I have been around many different types of animals almost all of my life between family and friends. I am usually the go-to sitter that is called whenever somebody I know is going out of town or is working late to check in on or stay with their pets. I have experience with all different sized dogs as well as cats and I have multiple references from past and present families that I walk dogs and house sit for. I have recently gotten pet insurance as well to cover any emergencies that Rover may not cover just in case! My sister who is also a Full-Time Dog Sitter and Stay At Home Mom is always home to accommodate any pups who need extra potty breaks that I may not be available for during class. In addition to a spacious home for your pup to find a place to relax, we also have a large, fenced in (5 ft tall) yard with toys, outdoor bed and kiddie pool. There are also plenty of toys scattered inside for dogs who would prefer that! I would care for your pet in your home (or in mine) as if they were my pup. I’d be sure learn what your pet likes and dislikes to keep them (and you) happy!

Kassia W.
“Kassia has loved pets her whole life. She helped to raise and train her family's dog when she was in grade school and high school. When attending Purdue University, she volunteered to walk the dogs for the Veterinary school, even participating in a search for a runaway greyhound. She cared for my beagle, Peanut, when we were out of town. Our dog was in her last days, and Kassia kept us informed and lovingly cared for Peanut while we were gone. A few years ago, we adopted a Jack Russell, Paulie, that wasn't really suitable for the period of our life we were in. Kassia took Paulie in to her home until we could find a better home for him. I know she has cared for the dogs of others over the years, even while she had three dogs of her own (two dogs now). She once saw an injured dog running down the streets of our community, and she could see he was bleeding. She managed to catch up to him and get him in her car, taking him to emergency vet care. The vet was able to find the owner, who was in the hospital due to a car accident, but unfortunately the dog did not survive. I definitely believe that Kassia has shown that she would be a responsible and loving pet caregiver.”

Andrew H.
“Andrew is wonderful with animals and the animals love him. He recently rescued a momma cat and her kittens. He has a dog that he also rescued. He takes care of them. Animals gravitate to him. He is a special person and the animals sense it and want to be around him. We have had pets since he was little and he was always great around them and took good care of them.”

Riley A.

“Riley did an amazing job checking in on our pup Charlie. She came over and met us ahead of time, sent us updates and pictures, and was very flexible. It really put our mind at ease to know Charlie was well taken care of. We plan on using her again in the future!”

Kimberly K.
“Kimberly has had dogs all of her life and has been an advocate for rescues and humane animal treatment. She has dealt with dogs of all types of behaviors whether outgoing or shy and dogs just seem to gravitate toward her. She is well versed in proper feeding and hydration of pets and has even had experience giving a dog allergy shots. I would definitely recommend Kimberly as a dog sitter.”
