I also grew up around our family Westie & German Shepard in my home that were super attached to me. So I am very attentive to a dogs need for love and care when away from the owner. Also first time guests and last minute requests must schedule a meet and greet I use to be flexible with this but situations have happened that caused me no longer be flexible. In addition I do not accept any pets without a safe reliable comfortable crate. As I do not allow free roaming in my home when I am not present. Your pet safety is my top priority. Being in a new environment for the first time pets will be pets. They aren’t perfect. Feel free to ask me any questions if need be. If you are Sending me a message I assume you have read everything i have written here from start to finish. **(For example old pictures of pet only to arrive and they are 3 times the size) - 100% we have to have a meet n greet prior to sitting. Returning customers the meet and greet does not apply. I helped my mom run a cat rescue for over 8 years (that includes waking up every 2 hours to bottle feed, giving medication, handling moody kitties, cleaning up constant messes, etc). Since then, I've been trusted to pet sit for friends, coworkers, and family members. I have slightly more experience house sitting with cats than dogs, but I love all pets equally and would be so happy to meet them! I offer overnight stays/house sitting, drop-ins, and dog walking. About: I have had animals all my life, especially dogs amongst a few small pets. I have two dogs myself and I am training all of them with basic commands. I have 5 years of experience in training American pitbulls mixes to have as pets around children and other small animals. Something that sets me apart from others is that I recognize dogs and cats behavior such as signs of discomfort. I have personal experience with raising and caring for dogs of all sizes. I want animals to be comfortable, safe, and healthy. This may be disconcerting for owners that expect their pet to have free roam. I would expect multiple walks and sleeping in their dog beds considering the pets disposition as well as updates about pet stay. For house sitting, I will be willing to adjust prices if my own dogs are allowed to accompany me (not required). I am currently doing delivery services such as Grubhub and Doordash so I set the times I work. I have a flexible schedule and do not leave my home very often. I have 2 small dogs that are playful and dog friendly. I do not have a fenced yard, but I do use the long tie out leashes and outdoor playpens. I recently made a potty area for my dogs. I clean and disinfect it multiple times a week with natural products.

About: I have had a dog within my household for as long as I can remember! Starting from before I can walk (seriously) up until now! Taking care of dogs is 2nd nature to me since I’ve done it for so long! As of right now I’m available everyday until further notice! I work in construction so summers get busier than winters, and right now it’s been raining everyday so it gives me a lot of free time! I have a fenced in backyard for when my three dogs are outside. When they are inside I have beds for each of them to sleep in when it’s time for bed. About: I have owned a dog my entire life. I have lived with four, including our old foster dog. I am a kitten foster with Humane Indiana since 2020. Since then, I have fostered over 30 kittens. I am used to the hard work that comes with taking care of animals, and more than happy to do so. I am currently a full time college student so will have time to take care of your pet before, after, and in between my classes. My weekends are pretty free. I have a fenced in backyard along with one dog (king charles spaniel). He is very friendly but can stay separate if need be. I have four cats that are used to other animals with my fostering experience. They will stay away from dogs or can be in the basement.
About: I have always loved spending time with pets. Since I was born, my family has had three wonderful dogs who have lived special lives in my care. When I was younger, I used to dog sit for friends and neighbors when they were out of town and I always made sure to spend a little extra time with the pets so they aren't too sad when by themselves. I am currently a remote intern with a lot of free time throughout the week, so spending time with pets will be easy to work into my schedule. About: Experienced pet sitter. I treat all as my own! I have 4 dogs of my own, 2 small dogs (ages 1 and 11) and 2 male German Shepard (2 yr and 5 yr). I care for and trained all my dogs. Routine is key. I have attended local training centers/classes for support. I am a certified foster for Humane Indiana, Munster, IN. I have experience with senior dogs as I have lost 2 senior dogs in the past, age 13 and 14. I will accommodate your pet as needed inside and outside of my home. I have 1 acre of land to exercise, fenced in area, inground pool with splash pad area (if they like to swim, otherwise, access is fenced off). I am willing to FaceTime/communicate with pet parent as needed! (I know how hard it is to be away from our pets). I am an ex-School Counselor who left the field of Education after 16 years. I assist husband with our business but my days are flexible to accommodate boarding bookings. Pets stay indoors. I have a fenced in area with a doggie door for in-out access to grassy area. I also have a crate if needed. Willing to feed your pup as instructed, take walks, and supervise always! If needed or desired, I have the ability to separate my dogs from yours. All my dogs are up to date on vaccinations, heart guard and are friendly. I would recommend a visit to my home with pet prior to boarding to allow your dog to get to know me, put your mind at ease, and ensure it’s a great fit for them!
