Would love to take care of yours too! I am a nurse that works 3-4 days a week with a partner that works from home full time. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats that we prioritize our schedule and decisions around. Our pets enjoy daily walks, a fenced in yard, numerous toys, and multiple scratch pads/towers. We have a fenced in yard and walkable neighborhood within range of a dog park. We have gates, crates, and beds of all sizes as well as room for animals to enjoy their own space. We currently have 2 cats and 2 dogs that socialize together all day long.

About: I have 9yrs experience of taking care of a German Shepard mix. I understand no two dogs are the same and each some with their own personalities and needs. I work fully remote at home and have a pretty flexible schedule! That being said, I would be available 24/7 and happy to organize a pick up or drop off time that works best for you. I have a 2,300sq foot house in Cotswold with a huge fenced in backyard. I’m happy to host here or at your house based on your pets needs. I don’t have any pets and just one roommate whose hallway will be blocked off. Otherwise, my home environment is calm and open.

About: Hi I’m Meg! I am a 3rd year Medical Student at Wake Forest School of Medicine. My fiancé and I have our own pup named Winter and she is the sweetest ball of energy and would love to make more friends! As a previous D2 xc and track & field athlete, I am a very active sitter/walker and I am able to run with your pet if they wish to do so! I have experience caring for children, large dogs, small dogs, cats, hamsters, and fish. We are a fun loving, adventurous, artsy, open-minded, caring, and trustworthy couple and would love the opportunity to get some exercise while creating a safe and exciting adventure for your pup! We provide overnight sitting or doggy daycare at our house. Our house has a fenced in backyard, lots of fun toys, and my fiancé works from home. Please reach out to schedule a sitting in advance or if needed asap. I try to keep our calendar as updated as possible! I am currently rotating among different specialties in the hospital. My schedule varies every week, but my fiancé works from home! Our pup would love to have a friend stay with us so they can play together :) We spend a lot of time outside as long as the weather is nice. We stay away from high traffic areas and safely walk with each other in a trusted manner. Your dog will always stay on the leash if we are outside of our yard to ensure their safety. We walk one dog at a time to allow for better control and trust.

About: I grew up surrounded by lots of cats and have been caring for them my whole life. I also have a dog and a cat of my own now, so I truly understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. I naturally connect with dogs and cats of all kinds — shy, playful, big, or small — and I trained my own dog, so I’m comfortable handling different needs and personalities. I love giving every pet the same care and attention I’d want for my own fur babies. I recently had to quit my full time job to focus on my school. So i am mostly available. For the walks i prefer early or after 4-5pm because of the heat but otherwise i am mostly available. When I visit your home for walking or drop-in visits, I make sure to follow your pet’s routine closely — from feeding schedules to playtime preferences and any special needs. I spend quality time with them, offering lots of attention, gentle play, and calm companionship to help them feel safe and happy while you’re away. During walks, I keep your dog’s pace and personality in mind — whether they love energetic runs or slower strolls — and always prioritize their safety and comfort. I’m attentive, reliable, and treat every pet like they’re my own.

About: We both grew up with dogs and have two of our own. We have also enjoyed fostering in our free time over the past few years, so we have a lot of experience with dogs that have separation anxiety, heartworm, or any other special needs. We are two young working professionals with one of us working from home full time. This allows your dog to roam free and get all of the love and attention they need! We have a fully fenced back yard with two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. We can easily crate your dog if needed (we have an impact crate for dogs with severe separation anxiety or parents concerned about the safety of traditional wire crates). We treat all dogs that come into our home as family!

About: Hi I am Rachel! I am a true animal lover and always felt a deep connection to dogs. I have a great deal of experience that started when I was 14, walking and caring for animals around my neighborhood ! I took a break from Rover to do fostering where I housed over 8 dogs on a long term basis. I look forward to bonding with your pet! I am very flexible and can meet any needs your pet/home may need! I will make sure your animal is under the best care possible while also receiving extra love :) I am currently in PhD school! My schedule is flexible and adaptable! There are times where I am working in the lab for long periods of time and that will be reflected in my schedule. I am in a large studio apartment and live next to many dog parks! I do have a cat, but she was raised around dogs and will often just hide. I am capable of anything you need during home visits including walking, feeding, medication administration, placing in crate or even home maintenance during long trips away!

About: Besides being an avid animal lover since birth- I have always grown up around dogs. In middle school I drafted up a contract to propose the idea of getting my very own bestie, a rescue dog named Ben! My parents signed and agreed! I read a bunch of books on how to properly care and train for animals. Fast forward to today, I’m 26, and have been raising and training a mini Daschund, Peeve, for about a year and a half now. I believe that every dog is an individual with a personality, likes, dislikes and the desire to be loved and cared for. When hosting animals at my home my number one priority is their safety and comfort. Peeve has been going to training since he was a baby so I’ve been learning a ton about younger dog training! Not to mention one of my best friends is a dog trainer so she’s been teaching me! I work full time but am home the majority of the week! My schedule is super flexible and I typically go into the office 1-2 days a week, however if I am boarding your pet I would be sure to be working from home the entire time! I live an active lifestyle and go on multiple walks a day, which your pet can join in on. I currently have my own dog who thrives in a structured environment so I’m used to managing the needs of a pet The environment your pet will be in is safe and loving! I live in an extremely safe area with lots of sidewalks and parks to take your baby on walks. I also have a fenced in backyard with sunny and shaded areas for them to play!
