About: I have lifelong experience caring for a wide variety of pets, including both dogs and cats of all ages. My background includes everything from puppy care and training support to senior cat care with special attention to comfort and routine. As a current dog and cat owner, I understand the importance of reliable, compassionate care and maintaining consistency with each pet's needs. My goal is to provide dependable service and ensure every pet feels secure and well-cared for in their owner's absence. My schedule is currently very flexible, so I can care for your pets at the time that suits them (and you) best and maintains their routine. When caring for pets in a client's home, I prioritize their safety, comfort, and routine. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medication, and preferred walking routes. I take time to build trust with each pet, keeping their environment calm and familiar. I also maintain clear communication with owners, providing regular updates and photos for peace of mind. My goal is to ensure every pet feels secure and cared for, and that you feel confident they're in good hands while you're away.
About: Hey my name is Taleem I’ve cared for pets my whole life basically from turtles chinchillas and bunny’s to lap dogs mastiffs and horses I’m well experienced and genuinely care about your pets well being. Potty breaks and training is not a problem I allow dogs on my furniture and bed I live in a smoke free home that is also an apartment I’m not too far from Griffith park so walks there are common for me; I’m a pretty active person because I am a student athlete. I’m currently in my sophomore year and just looking for extra ways of income and caring for animals has always came naturally to me, and I came to love it at a young age so why not do what you love and get paid.

About: What sets me apart as a dog sitter is that I truly understand dogs because I’m a dog parent myself. I currently have a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a Mini Dachshund, so I’m experienced with different personalities, energy levels, and care needs. I know how important it is to find someone who will treat your pets like family, and that’s exactly how I care for every dog in my home. I’m patient, attentive, and focused on making dogs feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Whether your dog loves playtime, cuddles, walks, or just a calm environment, I make sure they get personalized care and attention. I also understand the importance of routines, updates, and communication, so you can feel confident knowing your pet is in good hands.

When I would care for your pets, it’s all about the greeting. I would love to make sure your pets are as comfortable with you as for me! If you’d love me to help them learn tricks, feel free to request!
“Jamiah dropped by my apartment daily to take care of my two cats while I was on vacation, including feeding them and cleaning the litter boxes. Since cats get stressed in new environments, I really did not want to board them, so the house visits worked out great! Jamiah is super friendly and has cats of her own, so I knew I wouldn't have to worry leaving them. She took great care of the cats and sent lots of photos. I would definitely recommend Jamiah for pet-sitting!”

About: I’ve been dog sitting, house sitting and dog walking for awhile up to weeks at a time. I enjoy being around all types of dogs small to big. I love getting all the puppy love!! I’m currently babysitting part-time but I can move my schedule around pretty easily and fast. I would like to pursue pet care part time as well! I have a fenced in backyard in a very quiet neighborhood. I have a dog myself. He is very lovable and doesn’t bother anyone. You tell me your feeding schedule and I will go along with it
About: Like most people on this app, I love all animals. I grew up on a farm and currently have a dog of my own (his name is Colby 🐶). Over the years my family and I have fostered both cats and dogs ranging from 2 months old to 10 years old. I have also previously worked at different animal shelters. At the moment I am out of school and out of work so I am at home for most the day. I enjoy this though because it gives me time to take care of my pup I have a fenced in yard and a huge basket filled with fun and challenging toys! I make sure to give my dog a potty break at least every 2 hours but when it’s nice out, I leave the door open. My pup goes for walks 2-4 times a day depending on the weather and how I think my dog is feeling.
“Greg did a great job with Jack! He stopped by before his bookings for 2 meet and greets to make sure Jack was comfortable. He went above and beyond with the walks, hangouts and training. We’re excited to book Greg again and we know Jack is too.”

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
