About: I've had dogs for 40 years of my life and they have been family just as much as any human family member. We have a loving, caring family with one dog. We have a large fenced in yard and walks often. Our home backs to a park. I work from home and have for the last 12 years. We walk four to six times per day with our puppy and enjoy spending time in the yard with him throughout the day. Our yard is fenced . We have a large family with many children that are also pet lovers. Our yard backs to a city park for your pets walking pleasure.

About: I have experience caring for animals of all kinds, though I can currently only offer in-my-home care to dogs. I have always had family pets growing up. I got my own dog when I was in high school. I currently own 2 well-mannered dogs, a hunting labrador and a scent detection pit-mix. I currently work from home, so I will be able to accommodate any schedule your pet may need. My own dogs recieve 2 feedings per day (5am and 5pm). We often take a morning walk (typically no less than 1-2 miles, less if I am walking a young puppy or senior dog with mobility issues). Also evening walks if weather is appropriate. I do not allow my dogs to do strenuous activity or rough play right after a meal. The yard is not fenced, so dogs will be on leash or long-line and fully supervised when outside the home. For off-lead outdoor fun we will take trips to the local dog park (not a very heavily trafficed dog park, usually empty). I have experience providing oral and subcutaneous medication to pets, should your pet need medication while in my care.
