I’ve also cared for cats, including litter maintenance, and I have a lively 6-month-old tortoise. I love keeping pets happy, safe, and comfortable, providing plenty of play, cuddles, and attention. I’m experienced with multiple pets and pets of all personalities, and I treat every animal like family. I treat my pets like my own children, so I’m very attentive to their daily needs. I feed them morning, midday, and night, and provide 3–5 potty breaks throughout the day. If I’m ever unavailable, my partner helps with their care, ensuring pets are always happy, healthy, and comfortable. I maintain a clean and organized environment, including cleaning dogs’ potty areas daily or weekly and cats’ litter boxes daily, with full litter changes every 1–5 days. I pay close attention to pets’ routines, moods, and needs. With experience caring for multiple dogs, cats, and even a tortoise, I make sure every pet is happy, cared for, and treated like family. About: I am a true dog lover and have been a pet parent to small dogs almost my entire life. I recently lost my 17 year old Bichon, and am not quite ready to have a new dog of my own. I would love to spend time and care for your fur babies. I can care for smaller dogs. I am retired, so I have open availability and do not have to leave your dog unattended. I can take them on as many potty breaks as needed and give them my undivided attention. I promise to take care of your pets as if they were my own. I have a fenced front yard. About: My husband and I have watched a variety of animals and are natural born animal lovers! We know what it means to have your pet apart of your family and we’d love yours like our own! During my college years I worked at a doggy day care with a variety of breeds. My husband and I both have grown up with animals in our lives from puppies to seniors. We have experience with giving different medications to our pets over the years and understand they hate it as much as we do. My husband and I both work from home and have flexible jobs where we can play outside or take the dog on a walk during our breaks if requested. We are usually home on the weekends and leave for short periods of time. Usually one or both of us is home at a time. We have a puppy at home that was born on June 1, 2023 that is needing more doggy play time since we recently had to put down our dog, we are not ready to add another to our family. We are here to love your pet like our own. We have a dog door that leads to a large, shaded, and fenced backyard. We have a large water bowl available for the animals and have baby gates in the house to keep the animals from wandering around. We let the animals on the furniture and sleep in bed with us. We will care for your pet with your directions and ensure they have a great time playing with our puppy.

About: My neighbors and friends of ten+ years have counted on me, and still do, to care for their animals. Over my lifetime, I've cared for reptiles, cats, squirrels and dogs since childhood. I prefer animals over people. They get me. And, I understand them very well. Usually daily activities will include at least one trip to either a dog park where we will spend no less than one hour at play or greeting other dogs or we will visit the Sahuarita Lake Park for no less than a one mile walk around the lake. I also will administer medicine, injections and bandage wounds if necessary. I am used to caring for ailing and senior animals. I provide tender and loving care. I also take time to do daily rooming (combing and brushing) and washing soiled linen and towels. I am good at leaving your home clean or cleaner than when I arrived. I do not have formal training to perform cpr.. I am a home body spending time writing short stories and the next best American novel or meditating. My space is my sanctuary. And, if your pet feels safer in their own environment, I will care for your pet in the environment in which they are accustomed while I protect and respect your privacy. Due to strict HOA anti business rules, I cannot conduct a pet care business out of my home. Otherwise, I would love to care for animals in my home.
