I have a great fenced in yard and will make sure your fur-baby gets regular walks around town. I've volunteered with shelters and rescue organizations, and been through a lot of training with my own dogs. I work from home, so am able to provide walks in the morning and evening, and potty breaks throughout the day. I am happy to follow any protocol for care. I am very attentive to pets and they will always be under my watchful eye! Even when outside. I am comfortable crating, or they can have free range in the house.

While we’ve never needed it, we believe in taking every precaution to keep your furry family member safe—the tracker’s battery life lasts over a month, ensuring continuous protection even in the rarest of situations. Whether it’s cuddles on the couch, fun in the yard, or quiet time for rest, we make sure each dog feels loved, secure, and cared for as if they were our own. Because here, they’re not just guests—they’re family (like Olive Garden!) Please note: Due to our work schedules, please make sure to be as accurate as you can on the drop off and pick up time. We do plan our day around this information. We are unable to accommodate pickups after 8:00 PM on weekdays except under special circumstances.

About: I’ve had dogs of all sizes in my life since I was 2 yo, and I’ve trained multiple of them. I’ve also had pet rats, a gecko, fish, cats, and a brief horse phase. My childhood dream was to be a zoo keeper, but I ended up becoming a social worker instead. However, I still maintain that great love for all animals and have the goal of integrating animals into my therapy practice once I’m licensed. I am willing to work with most types of pets, including the traditional “creepy” ones. Throughout the years, roommates, friends, and family members have trusted me to take care of their pets. Many people have even told me that their pet warmed up to me sooner than most. I like to think I have the kind of calming, kind energy that animals appreciate. I’d love to hang out with your furry/scaly friend sometime and help lessen your load! I’m between jobs at the moment, so I am very flexible as long as you give me a little heads up. My boyfriend lives in VA, so I’m sometimes there for a few days, usually every other weekend. But otherwise, I’m readily available and willing to work with you and your schedule. I have experience caring for dogs in homes in both urban and rural places and understand the risks involved with both. I always practice proper walking etiquette, making sure to provide ample space between other dogs/people. I do everything I can to ensure everyone’s safety. Before caring for your pet, I will ask for you to disclose anything about them that I should be aware of, which I’ll keep careful note of. I will maintain quick, open communication throughout our time working together and will provide regular updates.

About: Please note before considering me: I do not accept any requests for dogs not friendly with other dogs. This is because I have two very friendly/happy pugs and one amazing golden retriever, who will need to participate in any all-day or overnight care I've had dogs my entire life and love all breeds, personalities, shapes, and sizes. I work from home, so they'll be in good hands! Again, your dog will need to be OK around with other dog for any overnight stays. I am flexible with your schedule, detail-oriented, and reliable. You will not be disappointed and your best friend will come home happy. Every day of the week is open! My husband and I work from home, so we are always here and take great care of our animals. We have a secure and fenced in property with tons of land to play and roam around in, including a dog splash pad and endless toys and affections to offer.

About: My name is Chelsea and I am a huge dog lover! I have a spoiled dog of my own who brings so much joy to my life! However, there is always room for more! I love all dogs of all sizes and breeds. I will run with your dog, take them on hikes, or long trails if they tend to have more energy. I will also snuggle and teach new tricks to those how tend to have less energy. About: I grew up volunteering and working at the Museum of Natural Sciences in Raleigh, which sparked my passion for animals at a young age. I have experience with exotics like snakes, birds, turtles and salamanders. My mom is a licensed rehabilitator, and I gained valuable knowledge assisting her with rehabilitating birds and baby opossums. I personally have a horse, two adorable dogs, and a cat. I also have a flock of chickens! I have experience as a service dog handler and am able to administer maintenance medications to animals if needed. I have over a year of medical experience working as an Equine Veterinary Assistant as well! Taking care of animals is part of my daily routine. I am working part-time and have time when I am not working to do pet care. I understand the importance of providing animals with the attention and care that they need.
