About: I have been pet sitting for the last 4 years as well as being a nanny for 4 children aged newborn to 5 years old. During my time pet sitting I have worked with single dogs as well as up to 4 dogs in a single household. I love playing with and entertaining the higher-energy extroverted pets and enjoy quiet cuddle-time with the more laid-back, philosophical ones. Your pets safety and overall well-being is an utmost priority and I will care for it as carefully as I do my own pet. In addition to pet sitting, I have learned a lot about interacting with all sorts of personalities in mobile pet grooming business. I have a flexible schedule that allows week-day overnights and multiple daytime check-ins with your pet. For overnight sittings, my flexible schedule allows me to check it in on your pets throughout the day, and no pet will be left unattended for more than 3 or 4 hours. I will communicate proactively and adhere to all the house rules and keep your pet's routine as consistent as possible to reduce your pet's anxiety at your absence. In addition to maintaining their regular routines, I can also brush, bathe, and blow-dry your pet while you are away! I am a considerate house-guest and will wash any dishes or towels/washcloths that I might use as well.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was five years old. I still distinctly remember the breeder of the first dog I ever owned - a chocolate lab named Ginger - looking me in the eye after seeing I was apprehensive about the dogs and telling me, "Son, some day this dog will be the best friend you ever had." Ginger and I went everywhere together. I've had dogs and cats virtually my whole life, and the animals love me. While I am employed full time, I work in a hybrid setting that includes roughly 3 remote days per week, so I can be pet sitting on site and developing as close a band as I can to alleviate the babies' separation anxiety. I aim to please - if you'd prefer for your fur baby to be crated at night, then I will make sure s/he does that. My only job, other than to make the babies' experience as smooth as possible, is to follow the directions laid out by the owners.

About: I've never not had pets in my life. I've had one dog - a jack russel terrier who lived to be an old man of 16. I used to volunteer at PAWS Animal Shelter as a dog walker, so I am comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages. I love getting to know a new dog and seeing their distinct personalities shine through. I'm currently working Tues-Sat 3-10pm, so I am available for morning or late night check-ins and Sunday/Monday day long care. I can be pretty flexible, so feel free to reach out and see if we can work something out that works for you. I cannot currently take pets into my home, but I am comfortable following whatever routine your pet is used to. The more details you can leave me, the better. I want my care to be as seamless and stress-free for your pet as possible.

About: I grew up with cats and have been taking care of people's dogs for many years. I was often the go to person for dog sitting in my co-housing community where I lived until recently in Santa Fe, NM. I moved back east at the end of 2022. I will be back in Santa Fe from September 20-October 7. *Please note that I charge $30 for meet and greets. I can add this on to your total booking fee or you can pay some other way. This ensures that people have a serious intention of booking when they ask me to come out and meet them and their animals and it also ensures that I am compensated for the time I spend doing this. I have the flexibility to pet sit often during this transition. I do not have an "online job". I take my artwork with me when I housesit and work on things that I can do at other people's homes (like sewing). Because of this, I am able to spend most of the time pet sitting at home with the animal. I enjoy connecting with both cats and dogs in their homes. I like taking dogs out on long hikes and I am a cat whisperer.

About: I've always had a deep affection for dogs and their care.Dogs are best companions that I enjoy spending time with and who help me avoid loneliness, so I don't always think of them as animals. I'm now concentrating on my studies and schoolwork for the future, but I'm happy to assist with pet care when I have free time to help out If your dog comes and stays with me, they will have a great time and be well-cared for because I have a lot of space for dogs to run about on. About: I’ve taken care of animals of all kinds my entire life and personally have two dogs and two cats of my own! I welcome with open arms! About: I have taken care of dogs and cats all shapes and sizes. I’ve taken care of chickens, goats, pigs, hedgehogs, and turtles. I have taken care of dogs and cats that require medicine and dogs that have food aggression. I currently work part time at Walmart in Unicoi and I am a full time student at ETSU. Doing animal care works extremely well for me because I will be able to do the majority of my school work while I’m with your pet. My Walmart work schedule can get a little tricky sometimes, so please let me know if you have any questions or concerns! Staying at a client’s house works best for me because I live with my grandmother and she has two dogs that are not dog friendly. I always make sure they stick to their feeding schedule (if they have one) and that they take potty breaks as frequently as possible. I keep all doors locked when I am inside and never take my eyes off of your dog when it is outside.

About: I’ve been a life-long animal lover and pet caretaker for my own furry family members and others as well. I’ve cared for small cats and dogs up to 100+ pound doggos.
