About: I have always taken good care of our dogs since I was little. I love every kind of dog. Big or little I love them all the same. I currently work at a restaurant a few days a week. Mostly evenings. I need something to do during the day. I would love every minute of it . We have 3 Rottweilers that I take care of everyday. I take them outside on our 5 acres and let them run and play. The love to chase tennis balls.

About: Animals have been a passion of mine all of my life. I have owned and cared for many species including fish, reptiles, birds, hamsters, dogs and cats. My love for animals brought me to work as a veterinary assistant and later to attend the Tom Rose School for Professional Dog Trainers. I have now been training and competing with my own dogs for 20 years and am also a professional dog trainer. As a trainer, I have earned the credentials to be an AKC Canine Good Citizen/S.T.A.R. Puppy/ Farm Dog/ Trick dog evaluator. With my veterinary assistant and dog training experience I have gained the knowledge to properly handle and care for many beloved pets. I can assure you that I will treat your pets as if they were my own. I am looking forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I am available most days. Mondays and Wednesdays I am unavailable between 9:00AM-5:00PM. I have plenty of time to provide services for you and your pets. If boarding in my home- you can use my crates or bring your own. I have a nice, fenced play yard that I use to let my dogs and visiting dogs run and play (I do not let my own dogs play with visiting dogs). I also have a built-in dog bathtub that I can used to give your dog a nice bath (for an added fee) before they return home upon request. When I visit a home- I follow given instructions and keep the area clean. My goal is for you to not even notice I was there. When I visit to walk your pet-I follow instructions and keep the area clean. I remain aware and not distracted. This ensures your pet remains safe and engaged during the walk. If your dog is more fearful-I try to make the walk as stress-free as possible.

I currently have two dogs of my own, including a golden retriever puppy, so I’m very familiar with puppy energy, basic training, and keeping dogs active and engaged. I love going on walks, playing, and making sure each dog feels comfortable and cared for based on their individual needs. I work during the weekdays but have availability in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends for walks, drop-ins, or boarding. I have two friendly dogs, so I’m very familiar with reading behavior and making sure everyone feels at ease. I take introductions slowly, follow all routines closely, and can crate if needed. I offer overnight care in your home as well as walking and drop-ins! I am a self employed hair stylist so I can pretty easily modify my schedule to accommodate you and your dogs personal needs! I work 4-5 days a week so I am looking for something to do in my free time. I always prefer to have a run-down on how you take care of your dog and understand your personal routine with the dog so that I can mimic that to the best of my ability.

About: Growing up with an Australian Shepherd Blue Heeler mix (Buddy), I loved teaching him new tricks, going for walks, and playing enriching games that helped get his energy out. My parents added a Chiweenie (Joey) to the family a couple years ago, so now when I visit I love to walk them both, give Buddy back massages, and snuggle little lap dog Joey. I often dog/house sit for my parents; being in their home environment seems to be most comfortable for the pups. Aside from dogs, I graduated from IU Bloomington in 2021, have switched careers from management and sales to healthcare, and now work for a local school system. I am looking for something fun, active, and outdoors for the summer - what better activity than dog walking/sitting?! I cannot wait to connect and meet your furry family. I am currently working full time, but will soon have the summer off to help care for your pups! My current schedule varies, but I am available some evenings and weekends.
