I work from home, which means I can easily step away from my laptop and either go check on your pets, or stay at your home and be attentive to their needs at all times. It all depends on what your and your pet's level of comfort and needs are. I want to know routines and habits you have established with your pets, to make sure the transition to being cared for by someone new is as smooth and not stressful as possible. For example: my furkids have breakfast and dinner times, scheduled walks, meds that need giving, as well as every night brushing to unwind. Each animal and owner are different though, and that is what I want to learn so we can all be safe and comfortable!

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
