“Heather is passionate about your dogs’ health and happiness. My puppy and I were always greeted with a smile of pure excitement. This was my first time using the app and she was helpful and very responsive. She sent updates of my pup while I was at work; which I absolutely loved! I appreciate that she was also very flexible on schedule and drop off/pick up times.”
2. Randy R.
“I booked with Randy on very short notice and he replied right away. He was very communicative and sent pics of my boy. Thanks for the hospitality!”
3. Deanna L.
“This was our dog's first time using a Rover daycare. He is a rescue that we have had for 6 months and he can be very timid and anxious when presented with new situations. We were a little concerned about how he would do. Deanna communicated with us frequently during his stay. Although he was rather anxious for the first hour or so, Deanna calmed him down and after awhile he was being her lap dog. We really appreciated her keeping us informed throughout the day and for taking such good care of Jordan.”
4. Lucie N.
“Lucie took great care of our pug Lucy. She kept us updated through out the day with messages and pictures. I felt really good about leaving our pug with Lucie because she is clearly an animal lover. She responded quickly to all of our messages and our pug was in good shape when we went to pick her up. I definitely recommend Lucie for pet care. She's great!”
5. Meagan R.

About: My mom used to work at a pet store so I grew up with all types of animals. Chinchillas, ferrets, dogs, rabbits, gerbils, etc.. I love animals and all of my personal furbabies were rescued from shelters. My heart is fulfilled seeing how their personalities evolve and thrive once they realize they are safe and have found their fur-ever home. I will show the same love and care for your fur-babies so that you can rest easy while you are away. I have heard scary stories about pet sitters online, but I can assure you, I will take amazing care of your baby. You are trusting me with your family, and I will do my best to make sure they have a great experience while you are away. I genuinely want the best for your furbaby while they are here. I will take photos and send you updates to you a few times a day. I will give them lots of attention and affection and they will 100% be talked to with a baby voice and be called a good girl/boy the entire time because I can't help myself. They are all such sweet pups and I want to help build their confidence. I have a small 8 year old Chihuahua/Cattle Dog mix named Sprite. She is extremely calm, quiet, super sweet and submissive. She likes to spend most of her time sleeping or going on walks. I like to have a meet and greet before accepting a boarder so we can see how everyone gets along. So far, every pup we have met has been amazing and we love them. If you are new to Rover and this is your first time booking, you can use my promo code and save $20 off! https://www.rover.com/sit/kristt70426 Promo Code: KRISTT70426 I do not boarder dogs from multiple families at the same time, so your fur-baby will get one on one attention for the duration of their stay. My pup Sprite is more like a cat. She hangs out in her bed most of the day and joins us on walks but it very laid back. She gets along with pups that are chill or have anxiety like her because she won't approach them. I always have them present for meet and greets if they will be home during the boarding dates to make sure its a good fit for all of our fur-babies. My (retired) father also Rovers and is available in the event that there is an unplanned medical emergency. This ensures you will never get a call to pick up your pup early while you are on your vacation or work trip. Your pup is always my priority. I am bordering until December 30th. After that I will be moving to Northern Michigan. I am living im an apartment right now and dogs will be walked daily, multiple times a day. Dogs are allowed on the human bed if they are cuddlers, or I also have a large pet bed they can use if they prefer it. I have central air and keep the house between 70 and 74 degrees in the summer. 70 in the winter. Dogs with heavy coats are kept inside during the day when the heat index is high and are only walked in the early morning or after sundown to prevent heat stroke or heat exhaustion. I do a heat index/humidity check before walks when the weather is over 80 degrees. If it's too hot to play outside, we play with toys inside the house until we can walk at sundown. I never allow my Rover dogs outside unattended. I have seen a few clients place Airtags on pup's collars and I think this is a wonderful idea! I also enjoy knowing your pup's quirks. Do they have any behaviors that make their personality shine? What is their routine like at home? I want them to feel safe and enjoy their stay while they are here. I will be home all day to care for your pup. You are welcome to bring toys and treats from home to help your pup feel more comfy.
