About: Hi! I’m Jamie. I’ve been working with dogs for over 13 years & have experience with a wide range of breeds, personalities & needs. My passion is caring for medically fragile dogs, including those who are blind, deaf, or recovering from surgery. I’ve fostered over 25 different breeds of dogs (& over 50 dogs total) through CARE, APA, Even Chance Pit Bull Rescue & Unchained Melodies since I started fostering in college. I am very active in the rescue world and previously have served on a board for a nonprofit animal rescue, so very experienced with rescue dogs. Dogs I have worked with come from many different & difficult situations including hoarding cases, neglect, abuse & organized fighting. I also have experience with other animals including cats & bunnies. I currently have 1 foster dog. I am a teacher, so during the school year I am away Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 3:45. During the summer (June through August), I am home all day on Tuesdays & Thursdays and home most of the day on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Dogs fit perfectly into my summer routine & get plenty of time to run around my fenced-in yard or relax inside if they are at my house for daycare or boarding. If I am swinging by for a drop in or walk, dogs also fit perfectly into my daily routine and are treated as if they were my own. For safety, I do require that dogs who stay at my house be crate trained. I crate dogs when I am not home to provide a calm, secure environment. I also have a camera on them for the short amount of time I am away so I know that they are always safe. When I am not working, I am home & fully focused on the dogs in my care. While staying with me, dogs have full access to my fenced yard & my home, but they are never left unattended. Please note that I am happy to schedule a meet & greet, but during this time I do not allow dogs from other homes to meet each other. Any current dogs in my home will remain crated. This allows your dog to settle in safely before exploring a new environment & helps prevent any unnecessary stress. Pets are treated like family whether they are staying in my home or I am visiting them at yours. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable & well cared for at all times. I follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible to help reduce stress. This includes feeding schedules, potty breaks, medication if needed & plenty of playtime. I enjoy sending photo & video updates so you can stay connected to your pet while you are away. For boarding in my home, I send one update every 24 to 48 hours. If you prefer more frequent updates, just let me know during the meet & greet. For drop-ins & walks, I send an update after each visit with pictures & a quick summary of how your pet is doing. I always make sure they get fresh water, bathroom breaks & attention based on their needs.

About: I cherished caring for our sweet Sophie for 18 years. As empty nesters, we're not getting another dog so we can keep some flexibility—but my love for dogs is as strong as ever! I’d be honored to care for your furry family member just as I did mine. I know how hard it can be to leave your dog, so you can count on regular updates and photos while you're away. To accommodate allergies, I can only host non-shedding dogs under 35 lbs. I work from home and am rarely out for more than a couple of hours, so your dog will have plenty of company, attention, and neighborhood walks. Feel free to share your pup’s routine and any special needs so I can give them the best care possible. First time Rover clients can get $20 off with this link: https://www.rover.com/sit/bhairavik I work part-time from home, so your pup will enjoy plenty of company and a schedule that fits their needs. Just a heads-up: to accommodate allergies, I’m only able to care for non-shedding dogs under 35 lbs. I’ll treat your dog like family and make sure they feel right at home. With no pets of my own, they’ll have my full attention and can roam freely indoors. If they prefer a crate, feel free to bring one. Walks are always on-leash—ideally with a chest harness—and I’ll follow their feeding and care routine closely.

“I felt confident leaving my little dog with Jennifer. She sent adorable photos and updates, throughout the day, made me feel reassured . And the two small dogs got along really well. Definitely book again! Jennifer is wonderful and easy to work with!”

About: We’ve had dogs our whole lives and they are an important part of our family. We have experience with small-large sized dogs (specifically, a Pom, Yorkie, Lab, and several amazing medium sized rescues). Since we were young, we have been dog-sitting for neighbors and family. We have experience with puppies-seniors and we love them all! Dogs who stay with us receive companionship, cuddles, and play time-the same things we want for our own pets. We have a large, fenced in yard so there is a lot of room for your pup to run and play. We recently lost our two best friends, 16+ year rescues. While our hearts our healing, we want our kids to continue caring and growing up in a dog-friendly family. Obviously, we will want to make sure your pet(s) and our children are a good fit before boarding. As a teacher, I work full-time during the school year, but can do afternoon and weekend visits; in the summer, I can meet many additional times. We look forward to caring for your dog :) We keep our Rover calendar up to date and are happy to communicate with you frequently. During the week, we can let the pups out every 4-8 hours. During the weekends, we can let the pups out every 2-4 hours. We go beyond just feeding and letting the dogs go potty-we want them to be happy and gets lots of cuddles and play. We have a fenced in yard. Besides the care we will give, we have 2 children who have grown up with dogs and love to give cuddles, play fetch, and more. Feel free to bring your own pet beds/toys. Let us know if there are any special foods, medicines, or other care essentials that we should know about.

“Lucy had a wonderful stay with Loretta this weekend. Loretta had many fun activities for Lucy and kept her busy and active! They hit is off so well that Lucy did not even have time to miss us! Loretta is a very organized person, our drop off and pick up times were very punctual! Loretta has a true love for animals, the attention and care Lucy received during her stay proved we made the right choice in selecting Loretta!”

She shared awesome photos of my dog while in her care, and asked questions for understanding. I am nervous to leave this wonderful review because I want to keep her all to myself! LOL but every dog deserves a chance to meet Julene at least once. Wait no longer. book her :) -AJ”

About: Hi! I’m a former zookeeper from the Saint Louis Zoo turned stay-at-home mom to three amazing kids — and a proud pet mom to two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and a Ragdoll cat. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, both personally and professionally. With years of hands-on experience caring for animals of all kinds, I bring a calm, attentive, and knowledgeable approach to pet care. Whether it’s a quick drop-in or overnight sitting, your pets will be in loving, capable hands — just like family. As a stay-at-home mom, I’m home most of the day with the exception of carting my kiddos to sports practices — so your pets will get plenty of love, attention, and company throughout the day. We live on 2.5 acres with a portion of our yard fenced. Our pups use a GPS collar, but I’m happy to keep your pup on a leash with me when outside if needed. I want every pet to feel safe and comfortable.

About: I have been caring for dogs since I was a teenager. I’m the go-to for friends, neighbors and family who need a safe, fenced-in, loving and fun place to leave their dogs while on vacation or just for the day. We have two doodles who love to make new friends! (I took a 2-year hiatus when our senior dog passed away and we welcomed a new doodle into the family. She is well-adjusted and ready for friends, so I am excited to be available once again to care for your sweet pups!) From the moment you leave your dog/s with me, they become top priority. I am an artist that works from home so they will have company all day and will be able to go outside at any time. I will also take them on walks if requested. I have a large fenced-in backyard and two doodles that love to play outside and go for walks. Your dog/s will be welcome to go outside as much as they’d like, rest on the furniture and sleep on the bed if that’s what they’re used to! Of course if your dog is being crate-trained or prefers to sleep in one, I’m happy to accommodate. In the event that I need to run an errand while I am sitting your dog, I will put them in a crate for their own comfort and safety. I have multiple sizes of crates, but feel free to bring one if you prefer I use your’s. And please include any blankets/stuffies/toys that remind them of home if you so desire!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all breeds and sizes since I was 10 years old. Friends, neighbors, and family regularly trust me to walk, feed, bathe, and look after their pets when they’re out of town or busy. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, and pets that need a little extra patience or love. I treat every animal like they’re my own and always make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I’m currently a college student, so my class schedule is flexible and I’m available most mornings, evenings, and weekends. I love spending time with animals, and pet care easily fits into my weekly routine. I’m reliable, punctual, and happy to adjust based on your pet’s specific needs. In my client’s home, I always respect their space and follow any instructions closely to make sure their pet stays on a familiar routine. I take care of feeding, walking, playtime, and any medications if needed. I also make sure to give lots of love, attention, and comfort so the pet feels safe while their owner is away. I keep things clean, send updates, and treat their home with care and respect. If caring for pets in my own home, I provide a clean, pet-friendly space with plenty of time for walks, play, and cuddles!

Currently, I do not have a pet in our home. Dogs are family and will always be treated like a family member in my home. I live in a safe neighborhood with paved sidewalks, streetlights, and a park across the street. I do not have a pet in our home, so your dog would be the main focus. I understand safety measures for puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs. “I’ve seen firsthand how deeply my mom cares for dogs. She not only lovingly raised our dog Sophie for 18 years, but she also would pet-sit for friends’ dogs and treated them like her own. In Sophie’s senior years, my mom went above and beyond, patiently cleaning up after her when she couldn’t always make it outside and preparing soft meals when Sophie lost her teeth.
