“Heidi is such a blessing and a gift to have as a dog sitter for my Roxy. Roxy is very attached to me and shy in new circumstances. Heidi warmed her over almost immediately and Roxy has stayed with Heidi 3-4 times a week for months. Heidi takes excellent care of her, takes her for walks, lets her swim in her pool, and sends great photos and updates throughout my 12 hour work shifts, which I greatly appreciate! Roxy is excited to see Heidi every time, and I always feel the feeling is mutual. About: I am a Fear Free certified veterinary technician of 13 years who grew up in the show dog world (AKC) before getting into rescue as an adult. Throughout my long-lived animal career I have participated in puppy/kitten/basic obedience training, behavioral rehabilitation, dog sport training, senior care, care for animals with extreme medical needs, and owned/operated a group play doggie daycare. My jobs, hobbies, and passions are all centered around animals and I can't wait to bring that passion to you! I am home full-time, and available for puppies and animals with heavy needs. I have a fairly set schedule for all of the pets in my care, and that level of routine provides comfort to even the most nervous of pups. I am the only Fear Free pet carer in Bakersfield! I provide comforting classical music as well as calming pheromones in the sleeping spaces to make their stay as stress-free as possible. I have a fenced yard and never leave dogs together unsupervised. I do not provide an environment suitable for animals with a history of dog aggression. Small dogs I can be more flexible with, as their attitude usually comes from a place of fear and that is something I can work with for the little guys.

About: I have always had dogs and im an experienced horse rider. I have a vet on speed dial for any emergency. i have a big backyard and two small dogs who love to play with other dogs and are the sweetest. I can administer meds if you need me to :) HI! Im Ali, im a 29 yr old stay at home mom to a baby and 2 doggies. My dogs are my life so you can expect the same treatment for yours, I spend my whole day with them and include them in everything they want! -I have a big backyard which they have access to anytime they want! (we have a doggie door installed) so they can enjoy the backyard or do their necessities there. -Dogs sleep in the room with us on their bed so we can keep an eye on them and they can sleep safe and warm. -We live in a safe and calm neighborhood so we can go on walks -I feed my dogs twice a day and leave water out all day for them to drink freely -We have a ring camera for security and trusty neighbors -I would love to meet you before dropping your dog off! and you can meet my dogs if you'd like too :) -I send pictures and updates! (As many as you'd like, I dont mind at all: I know its hard being away from our babies) I know how important dogs are to their families! so please let me know any concerns or questions you might have (Im happy to answer!) My backyard is completely fenced and its basically owned by my dogs (they use it freely all day) I dont go out much , so your dog might not spend any time alone whatsoever :) I let my dogs get on my couch but not the bed! they're allowed to be around the house wherever they want. *I prefer potty trained or crate trained dogs (we have a carpet sadly) * My dogs are sterilized, vaccinated and they're super sweet and playful with dogs that like to play. If your dog prefers their own space I can accommodate them, but no aggressive or destructive dogs please.

I am currently a student doing online classes at Indiana state where I play basketball. I have a great sense of time management and taking your pet would give something to look forward to after a hard day. I have dog park near by and a very social dog to get your pet some nice company. He’s about a year old and he’s a gentle giant.

I've cared for animals for over 30 years. From birth to passing. I'm a full-time retiree from the railroad. So my schedule is open, really flexible, and I'm used to being outside in all kinds of inclement weather. I can spend time walking, visiting, playing, feeding, and caring for your pet/s. I love that I get exercise, laughs, emotional support, and a sense of family from my awesome fur family. I serve Lake of the woods, pine mountain, Lebec, Lockwood Valley, Frazier Park, Cuddy Valley, Los Padres & Pinion Pines. I offer cat care and small pet care. I'm a full time retiree. So I can devote all my time to dogs, cats and pets in my care. It gives me open flexible schedule options. I use an in my home environment. I don't use fenced enclosed kennels. I encourage interaction between your dog/s through out the day. There's a lot of supervised outdoor time.

About: I grew up with dogs and have always been a go to for pet care for family and friends. I love dogs and am excited to get to know yours! I am a stay at home mom so know that if we are available to watch your dog we can and will dedicate the time to playing with and caring for them. Our own dog, Koda, is family and is incorporated into most parts of our life. Koda is a very friendly 2 year old lab mix that we rescued. She is well socialized to people and dogs and would love to meet and play with your dog- to the extent that you are comfortable with. We have a fenced back yard with grass and the dogs can roam the house freely when we are home. We only board one dog at a time to ensure your dog’s comfort. We do have a toddler and infant at home and so it is very important to us that your dog has spent time with small children and has proven to be gentle and trusted around them.

About: I've worked with animals both wild and domestic for years as a wildlife biologist and a shelter volunteer, respectively. My house and yard are well suited for animals of all sizes. I only mark days available for boarding when I have the full day off, and thus full time to devote to your pet. When boarded or in doggy day care, you can be assured that your pets will be well attended to. I have a fenced in yard with plenty of room for getting those zoomies out, and a cozy interior for critter cuddles. There are lots of nearby trails for walks as well. I currently have no pets, so can devote all my attention to your pet during their stay!

About: I have 3 dogs a 10 year old, APBT Mix named Zephyr. A 11 year old APBT named Carter. And a 12 year old APBT named Zuko. I also have a lot of exotic pets and am very comfortable with taking care of them. I have been working at a dog kennel for 15 years and managing it for 6 years. Before that I was doing pet sitting and walking on my own. I’ve had a lot of experience will all sizes breeds and temperaments of dogs. I’m also an overnight ER vet assiant. I work 2 jobs so I have limited days I’m available. Im available Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays right now. Im a night person and can offer services late night. I have a fenced yard and always supervise dogs when they are outside. And escape artist dogs are leashes while in the yard with me.
