About: I’m a lifelong animal lover who’s been caring for dogs since I was five years old, starting with my first dog, Skipper. I currently have two rescue mixes—a 14-year-old boxer/husky and a 7-year-old pittie/husky—which has given me a deep respect for senior dogs and the quirks that come with them. I have a particular affinity for dogs with special needs and hands-on experience caring for dogs who are deaf, highly anxious, or require daily medications. I’m patient, observant, and take each dog’s routine seriously—your dog will be safe, understood, and well cared for (even if they pretend not to like me at first). Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I work from home with a flexible schedule, which means I’m available throughout the day for walks, feedings, medications, check-ins, and supervision—not just quick drop-ins. I adapt my day around a pet’s existing routine, not the other way around, and I’m available on weekends as well. Translation: your fur baby will be thoroughly cared for, closely monitored, and occasionally wondering why I’m still there. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow routines closely—feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any house-specific instructions. I’m attentive without hovering and respect both the pet’s space and your home. Everything will be left exactly as you left it, and your pet will be safe, settled, and properly cared for by someone who knows what they’re doing, regardless of how unimpressed your dog or cat may seem.

About: Ever since my parents let me get a dog I’ve been a dog lover ever since! I’m excited to be that friendly face that pets need. I just got a cat of my own and love her to death- so I’m a new cat lover! I’m reliable and willing to do what you need for your pet :) I’m a nurse so I work 3 shifts a week! On my off days I like to workout and go for walks so it’s the perfect opportunity to take your dog out for a walk or do a drop-in visit In my own home I have two doodles and I’ve grown to love them and their personalities. When friends or family would go out of town I am easily availble to walk, feed, and care for a dog. I follow instructions well and I’m easy to get along with and trust!

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I volunteered with an animal rescue for about 6 years, where I fostered dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, and even pregnant moms and their babies. That experience taught me how to care for pets with different personalities, ages, and medical needs while providing them with a safe, loving environment. I currently have a cat who is truly my baby, and I regularly care for my parents’ two dogs, cat, and lizards since they live nearby. Growing up, I was surrounded by animals, including dogs, cats, hamsters, and goats, so I’m comfortable caring for a variety of pets. Whether your pet needs walks, playtime, cuddles, medication, or just someone patient and dependable while you’re away, I’ll treat them with the same love and attention I give my own. I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide reliable care throughout the week. I’m happy to stop by for drop-in visits, walks, feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and medication if needed. I’m willing to travel up to 30 minutes to care for your pets and will always make sure they receive plenty of attention and love while you’re away. I prefer caring for pets in their own home because it helps them stay comfortable and maintain their normal routine. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your pets and entering your home, so I’ll treat both with the utmost respect. If needed, I can also care for a cat or dog in my home, which has an open yard and a calm, pet-friendly environment. My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for until you’re back.

About: I’ve had the privilege of growing up with dogs since the age of 10. I’ve never lived in a house without 1-2 dogs. It’s always been a priority of mine to take my dog on at least a 2 mile walk a day if not longer. I have pet sat for families in the past and fostered a puppy in college. Come July I start school T,TH,F from roughly 9-4:30. Otherwise I will be working my PRN job whenever they are in need and I’m available. Over the past 12-14 years I’ve grown up with dogs living in my household. I currently have one medium sized dog, Nala, whom I recused about 5 years ago. She’s a velcro dog and the sweetest they come. She was 5 months old when we adopted her and it’s always been a priority to enforce socialization from day one. When she was almost the age of 2 we bought a German Shepard, Bo, at 8weeks old who she has grown up and lived with over the past 4 years. Regardless of who they are around we make sure to properly introduce everyone who is welcomed into their/our space. After moving to Lexington Nala moved with me as Bo stayed back home. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space to run and play. Nala likes to keep to herself most of the time, but highly enjoys walks, treats, and toys.

About: I’ve been pet sitting professionally for around 5 years now and am very comfortable with most kinds of animals. I have experience in training pups, senior care, and medication administration. I’ve cared for animals with tumor-induced epilepsy, blastomycosis, diabetes, recovery from surgery, etc. In other words, I am prepared to care for your animal in whatever capacity they require. I work a part-time position that requires Saturday evenings and at least one 8 hour shift in the morning through the week. Other than that, I am available to be with your companions at all times of the day as per need. I will care for your pet in whatever capacity necessary. If they must be crate trained at night, fed daily medicine, diaper changed, regular training practice in basic skills (sitting, etc.), frequent walks, bathed, trimmed, I'm your girl. I’ll do my best to make them comfortable with me and happy in your home (even if that means love from a distance for some of our timid fellas).

About: I have a dog of my own that I take care of sometimes and have dogsat for several families around me for a couple years. I work a part-time job and am involved in extracurriculars, but I will have time as needed on some weekends and time off from school. I always feed the pets, take them outside on walks and nature time or just let them run around, and play with them for a while.

About: I’m very good with animals, I have 5 pets of my own including cats and dogs and I also just love animals and want to be around them as much as I can! Right now I’m completely free for the summer and so I would be available to come and take care of them and am even willing to stay over nights but I still live at home so it would have to be at a clients house. I love to play with pets, cuddle or anything else that the specific pet might need. I’m pretty flexible and I’ve dealt with the gross stuff so that doesn’t bother me either.

We currently do not have any pets of our own so watching others pets brightens our day! We have many years of experience volunteering at Boone & Campbell County Animal Shelter. We live in a 4 bedroom, 2 story house, in a subdivision neighborhood that is perfect for walks. We have a fenced in yard that has lots of soft grass for your dog to play on. If you have a dog with high energy, or a cat that loves to cuddle, we can accommodate to either with ease. Most enjoy sleeping in one of our beds with us! It brightens our days to have pets here during the week and weekends. We have a fenced in yard that makes our yard perfectly safe for your pet to run around. We can accommodate to any schedule or routine that your pet is used to.

About: My name is Emily. I work full time in public service and I am a dog mom to a Golden Doodle named Rudy. I have 4+ years of working in animal care from working in shelters, as a veterinary assistant, and have cared for my neighbor's pets when needed. I am able to administer medications and care for any pets that have special needs due to having experienced working in both small and large animal clinics. I will treat your fur baby like my own! I currently have availability on week days in the evening and weekends all day. In the summer from end of June to mid - July I will have all day availability as well. My dog Rudy is very friendly and can accompany on visits if permitted or requested. I have a park close to my house and can commute to any area for a needed walk.
