About: I've had up to 6 dogs in my household at a time. I'm no stranger to cleaning up after them and making sure they are well exercised. I'm also no stranger to conflict. I'm willing to work hard no matter how difficult a pet is. I have a part time job that I work on Full Fridays and Saturday afternoon/evening, so at the moment, I have lots of free time. I have Church on Sunday mornings and other church events Mondays in the evening. I have sufficient and reliable transportation, and I'm more than happy to take your pets to the park, my car is pet friendly. (Prices vary depending on miles driven)

About: I've been around a variety of different animals my entire life including being an owner of dogs from the time they are puppies to being seniors. I've personally trained all of my animals. We love to go on walks and I love meeting new pets! I'm currently a stay at home mom with a 2 year old boy and a 1 year old pup named Luna. I would be available for walks (dependent on weather) and drop-ins any time except for Thursdays after 3pm. As friendly as my Luna is, I would not be bringing her to your home for drop-ins or walks since it would be overwhelming with my 2 year old. I am more than happy to take care of multiple pets for one home.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 8 years old. Taking care of animals has always been a love of mine. I don’t currently work because I have a transplant so I have plenty of free time to spend with your animals walking or playing with them! I have two cats of my own and I had a dog but she recently passed away from old age so helping take care of other animals is a passion of mine.

“We had a great experience with Makenzie! She is the sweetest and took such good care of our pups! She always arrived on time and provided updates with photos after each walk! It gave us great peace of mind while we were out of town. We will definitely use her again!”

About: I have experience caring for dogs, cats, hamsters, and fish, and I treat every pet like part of the family. I'm attentive to each animal’s unique needs and have a calm, gentle approach—whether it’s playing with an energetic pup or giving extra care to a senior pet. I’m also reliable, patient, and happy to follow any special routines or instructions to help your pet feel safe and loved. I teach ESL online, which gives me a flexible schedule and the ability to work from anywhere. That means I can stay at your home and be present throughout the day to care for your pet—whether it’s feeding, playtime, or just keeping them company. I’m able to build my routine around your pet’s needs. I offer in-home pet sitting, which means I can stay at your home to provide consistent care and companionship while you’re away. I follow your pet’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions you provide. I make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved in their own familiar environment.

About: Having a dad who was a veterinarian exposed me to many different kinds of animals. I am attuned to the unique personality of each pet and will treat yours with utmost care. Thank you for considering me. I have open availability and am looking for long term clients but am available for a one time visit as well. Early or late in the day works for me as my schedule is completely open. I have a fence yard and also live on a multiple acre property which is perfect for walks in the woods and our fields. Thank you for your consideration!

“Avril helped me in a pinch today, took care of my baby perfectly. Updated on all the different things they did and even made sure to give him fresh water. Thank you!”

About: Friendly house with fenced in courtyard; our dog Finley loves having visitors, sharing his toys, having a playmate and nap buddy. After 30+ years I retired from a local fire department as a firefighter/paramedic; my wife Elizabeth (Betty) is also retired after spending years as a business administrator/RN. We love having our grandchildren and grand dogs visit and know that spending time with our canine visitors is not only fun but important. Our house is in a newer development with quiet, low traffic streets; Finley loves seeing his friends in the neighborhood and meeting new pals. Finley also likes to go for car rides to see new places, maybe some of his new friends can go with him on his travels. We cannot wait to meet new "fur" friends. We are both retired so our schedules include a lot of flexibility to be able to maintain interaction and activities with our visiting furry friends. Our courtyard is fenced in and we will always either be outside with the visitors or watching them carefully. We always make certain any visitor gets along well with Finley.

“Easy to communicate with! Abigail came twice to let Dani out. Since it was raining, I asked her to just play with Dani. This was my first Rover experience and I would definitely do it again! Great job, Abigail!”

About: I’ve always had dogs pretty much at every stage of my life. I’ve learned how to care for them and a lot about their behaviour due to this. I’ve taken care of several different types of dogs (seniors, puppies, rescues). Currently there are 3 dogs living in my house, two of which are rescues. I can administer medicine and can provide daily exercise. I’m not really doing a lot right now. I’ll be on summer/winter breaks which leaves my schedule pretty open and flexible. So this leaves me with lot of time to take care of my own pets and potentially others! With my dogs, I feed them once in the morning and once in the afternoon (they’re little dogs). I give them their medications and take them on walks frequently (probably every 2-3 hours). With my clients, I will go off of whatever the pet’s owner says.

About: Hi there! My name is Ashlyn, and I’m a recent Biology graduate who was planning for veterinary school. I’ve dedicated years to working with animals of all shapes and sizes—from grooming to veterinary clinics, and even a vocational school focused on animal care. Currently, I work as a ER veterinary assistant and have hands-on experience with dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, farm animals, horses, and small pocket pets. No matter the species, breed, or size—I’m comfortable and confident in providing loving, reliable care. Whether your pet needs cuddles, playtime, medication, or just a calming presence, I’ll treat them like they’re part of my own family. I’m actively looking to build long-term relationships with new clients and would love to be your go-to sitter. Thank you so much for considering me! Feel free to reach out with any questions—I’m happy to chat and learn more about your pets. I currently work a part-time job Monday through Friday for about 5 hours a day, and I also pick up additional shifts on a flexible basis. That said, I’m still very available for pet care—as long as you’re okay with visits being scheduled around my work hours. I’m more than happy to stop by before and after shifts to give your pets the love and attention they need! When caring for pets in a client’s home, my first priority is to follow any instructions left by the owner to ensure consistency and comfort for the pets. If no specific routine is outlined, I start by letting the dogs outside for a potty break, then make sure everyone is fed, has fresh water, and is relaxed. If the owner requests walks, I’ll happily take the dogs out for some exercise, or let them back outside for more fresh air and movement. I always check litter boxes, clean up any messes, and give each pet some individual attention and playtime before I leave. My goal is to keep your pets feeling safe, loved, and stress-free while you’re away—just like they would with you!

About: Fresh out of law school and now studying for the Ohio Bar I’m unable to have my own dog (but love my cats) so I want to help look after someone else’s! I grew up with our family shepard mix, Cocoa, and I’ve always watched friends and family pets - old dogs, puppies, fish, kittens, etc. I love animals and exercise so I’m looking to combine the two. I’m training for a marathon so if you think your dog had the energy let’s talk about getting her out on some runs! Early morning or evenings - possibly afternoons during the summer. I normally run in the morning so if your dog wants to run (and we discuss that) it would likely be a morning. Dog walking in particular truly depends on the owner and dog. I’m willing to go with whatever your pet is feeling that day or whatever you normally do! I have found, from past experience, that more structured walks are safer for everyone involved, but really whatever you and your pet prefer is what I’ll adapt to!
