I can crate them at night if that is part of their schedule or they can push me off the bed in the middle of the night. She is smart, responsible, resourceful and really pays attention to the animals and what they want/need. She finds the unique "personality" of each animal and adapts her interactions to fit them--young, old, etc. She also has a lot of knowledge regarding animal care from working both at a vet clinic and a doggie daycare/long term stay.
