She offered to get food for them locally and then modified their feeding schedule while waiting for the food shipment. “Having never been left alone since the passing of her brother (they used to board together in a kennel) we were concerned about what to do with our senior dog, Abby, during a 10-day trip to Europe. About: Since age 8, I’ve helped with my grandmother’s pet sitting business, caring for dogs, cats, and a variety of other animals. I have hands-on experience training my own dogs using positive reinforcement techniques and have spent years working with and caring for horses, both personally and through volunteering at a local horse barn. I also have experience caring for small animals and rodents, giving me confidence working with pets of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Pet care fits naturally into my daily life, as animals have always been a huge part of it. Outside of pet sitting, I currently only work at my part-time job from 3 PM to 1 AM on Thursdays and Fridays, which gives me plenty of flexibility throughout the rest of the week. About: I have been animal sitting for almost 9 years now, starting when I was in high school. I have experience in animal care for multiple species, energy levels, behaviors, ages, and health needs.
