About: I’ve been in the general field of caretaking for about 6 to 7 years. I was a full time nanny to a family of 7 children and 3 dogs for a few years before I married, and before that, I had multiple families for whom I watched their little ones, including the family dog/dogs. I also did some exclusive pet sitting apart from my previously mentioned work experience. I managed both kids and pets at once. I’ve gotten to know a variety of dog breeds. Growing up, we always had dogs. We’ve had a labradoodle, a few small mixed breeds, and a bernedoodle. Our bernedoodle, Rocco, I trained myself. He is the gentlest dog I’ve ever met and so smart. I taught fun tricks but also some useful ones like how to ring bells to indicate he needed to potty. I have loved being around dogs and having them in my life. We don’t currently have a dog since my two kids are young, so we can’t afford our own pup right now, although we certainly will get one in the future. That’s why I’m so excited to be able to provide other people’s dogs a warm and welcoming home away from home where they will be loved on and feel at ease. I’m a full time stay at home mom, so I’m almost always home. Apart from grocery shopping, minor errands, church on Sundays, or the rare trip to families, we are home all the time. Dogs that stay with us will have pretty much constant companionship and attention. We will be available for drop offs everyday except most of Sunday. Sunday evenings will be open though. Dogs that love a family environment will thrive here. We are usually up for the day around 7:00 am. My son loves dogs and will happily have a full conversation with them. He has grown up around many dogs because my mom has dogs and is a seasoned rover sitter herself. My husband works in the evenings so dogs will probably stay up and hang out with me as we unwind. We have a fenced in backyard so I can sit on our deck and let the dogs run, play, and potty easily and frequently. We knew our senior dog Ginger would likely be stressed: 1st from the trip, and 2nd to be left with a stranger, in an unfamiliar environment. “Haejin & Herscel were wondering caretakers! They were open to taking my dog for daycare a few days before and treated her so well. I liked that they only take a few dogs a day to reduce exposure and ensure they are all being watched. I loved the occasional photo and video updates, which her other daycare doesn't do it all. She came home very tired from playing all day, which was exactly what we wanted. I look forward to using them again!”

About: Every neighborhood ive lived in neighbors have come to rely on me to treat their pets as well as i would take care of my own family. I love any and all breeds and people call me the dog whisperer haha but joking aside i truly love these animals and would love to car for yours. I make sure that they feel comfortable get exercise and have ample bathroom breaks the same way i treat my own 3 fur babies at home. Any regiment you want me to follow i will follow to a T. and the best part is there is no breed too big; if you know me the bigger the head the bigger the love haha. But my small babies are always just as important. I am currently a stay at home mom so school hours are wide open and despite a few week day evenings being booked, overnights are highly available. In my home we have a fenced in backyard and 3 dogs who all have their own amenities including bowls, beds, toys, cages, and the more. My dogs are family to the fullest and are treated as such. it fits in between kids activities, errands, and school. It allows me to be flexible in what is needed. I just love meeting new fur babies ! My three dogs spend a lot of time inside it is just what is comfortable for them. I also have a fenced in backyard that they do enjoy.

“If you're ever looking for a place for your fur kids to stay while you go out of town, I highly recommend Laura. I have 2 neurotic cats; 1 has CH that does not like getting confined in crates/small place and the other is spicy/moody. The stay was short with a (somewhat) unusual request, but Laura took them all in stride and went the extra mile to look after Sam and Cloud. Definitely one of my best rover experience and would not hesitate to ask her again in the future.”

But everyday without fail she sent me a message that he was eating drinking and still hiding out in his room. She left her house open for Skittles to wander around in but he preferred hiding in a hole he created in her couch🤦 I cannot say enough good about this young mother of 4 beautiful children. She is now out family preferred sitter.”

One of the biggest advantages of working with me is that I work from home full-time, this means that your pets will never be left unattended and I am able to give them consistent attention to ensure they feel safe and comfortable throughout the day. When your pet is with me, they’re treated like family whether it’s daily walks, playtime medication reminders or just offering affection and companionship, I make sure every animal feels loved and understood. I look forward to giving your pets the dependable, worry free care they deserve. I currently work from home Monday through Friday. I have the ability to visit your home and ensure your pets are doing well and to provide them any enrichment they may need whether it be walks or play. I currently live in townhouse with my husband and our dog, named Gorgi (Gorgonzola), we go on frequent walks in the morning afternoon and evening. We keep a clean home and have a basement that lets out into a small backyard. I have one X-Large kennel if your pup prefers to sleep in one as well as a puppy pad corner for those late night bathroom breaks. I would be happy to provide a tour our home upon request.

By the time Daisy entered the house she felt comfortable and right at home. She didn’t even follow me to the door when I left! Pick up was a breeze. I could easily tell Daisy had been loved and well cared for. Juliana sent updates and pics throughout the stay. 100% recommend her services.”
