About: I have a long history of in house pet sitting over the last 15 years as well as caring for my own. I feel comfortable with puppies, older dogs, giving medicine and exercising hyper dogs. I have 15 year old super mutt (junkyard dog as we like to say) and a 1.5 year old chocolate lab who are both well socialized and love all dogs. I have an extremely flexible schedule currently. Id love to be walking any dogs during the work day so they are nice and rested when you get home! My pets are beyond spoiled. But I wouldn't have it any other way! I love all dogs and will treat yours like my own! I like to maintain routines for pets and make sure they have a good balance of stimulation and rest.
About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 8. I absolutely love spending time outdoors and visiting the dog park. I have always enjoyed spending time with animals, and have watched several pets besides my own. I currently attend App State as an IO Psychology Graduate Student, so I have a very flexible schedule. I frequently go for runs at local parks after work, and would love to bring your dog with! I have a backyard, but it is unfenced. However I am willing to take pets to any other locations, such as hiking trails or dog parks. I am able to spend time with pets because all of my free time is spent outdoors! Whether it's taking a walk around the neighborhood, running around a state park, or hanging out in the backyard, I enjoy being outdoors regardless of the weather. I am not able to take dogs into my apartment, however I have a car for easy transportation to nearby outdoor areas. There are so many great options in Boone, I will definitely find a great place to take your dog!

I have 2 border collies of my own that live on my property. They are well trained and well socialized. My neighbor’s dog also periodically stop by the house to play with the dogs as well. Apollo is 5 yrs and Alila is 3 yrs. They love making new friends and are always looking for new fluffs to play with :). I’m a registered nurse. I typically work three days a week. I plan my schedule ahead of time so please let me know in advance so I can accommodate the new fluff(s) :). It really depends on the animal. My dogs love playing with new friends in the yard. They’re welcome to share with whatever my dogs play with as well. They both love tug of war. Apollo loves fetch. They both like herding. My dogs love playing tag as well.

sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
