“Vivienne is very reliable. She came to take Cooper on his walk today even though the weather was not good. Cooper loves going on his walks. Thanks so much.”

About: I have grown up around dogs since I was young. I know how to act around them and how they each have their own unique personalities! I will give your dog the treatment they deserve. Doing all the duties you may be too busy to do, and adding a sprinkle of love to it.🫶🏻 I am currently a college student at Marywood, so I will be doing this in my free time or whenever I can!! Also doing some work study as well. If I pet-sat I would ensure that I gave the animal the attention they needed while also giving them space as well. I am very good with reading dogs and cats body language. I’d also make sure they were fed of course and walked every hour or as needed!! If I were to petsit a cat then cleaning out the litter box. :)

About: I have been involved in animal rescue since 2016. I have had a handful of foster dogs all with behavioral issues so nothing is too difficult for me to have in my home. I have since had about 300 foster animals not including the farm animals we have rescued over the years. I love all animals and will never not help an animal in need. I used to have a dog walking service from the ages 10-12 and also used to watch everyone’s pet sun the neighborhood while they were on vacation. I then worked at a shelter. That got me into my interest in fostering. I have dabbled in dog training but have never done it professionally only with my personal dogs , foster dogs and friends dogs, until now ! I started my own training business at Sit Happens K9 Academy. I can provide assistance with training if needed as well. We have 4 dogs of our own , cats , goats. , chickens , ducks , rabbits etc. Everyone is able to be separated if need be. As stated above all animals are welcome . We love them all and hope to see your pets soon ! I am in and out of my house frequently to let my own dogs out so that’s a plus ! I chicken sit for a lot of my neighbors and I do in home pet sitting for my friends dogs who I have been watching for 7 years now. I have one client who I do in home dog sitting for for nearly 7 years now. Her dogs do not do well with cats but that is okay as I am able to have them separated. I have 5 dogs not all are good with other dogs and every dog is different. The way my home is set up is I am able to have dogs outside in a roofed kennel run , out on a lead, or on a fence system whatever the owner prefers. I am able to have the dogs away in a separate room of my house if they do not get along with other animals or prefer to be alone. I also have a number of crates if anybody needs to be crate rotated. Basically if the owner doesn’t want their dog to have contact with other animals for whatever reason , I am able to have them separated. Same thing with cats. I have a spare bedroom that is actually set up for my foster cats. It has their furniture , litter boxes , food , water , and crates if they need to be crated, both large and multilevel. I have dealt with pretty much any type of accommodation for any type of animal. I do have my dog training business and have seen just about every single behavioral issue you can think of as well.

About: I've been a dog owner for my entire life! Growing up, my family always had dogs. It was always my responsibility to feed them, take them outside, and make sure they got plenty of exercise! Shortly after graduating college, my husband and I adopted our sweet boy Cody in December of 2020. He was a 1 year old (very well behaved) rescue when we first got him, and he has fit perfectly into our family since day one. We were living in an apartment at the time, so he required frequent walks and trips to the dog park. This helped him become very used to playing with dogs and humans of all sizes! In August of 2021 shortly after moving into our new home in Jacksonville, we decided there was room in our family for one more! We adopted our girl Pepper at 7 weeks old. She is a little ball of energy, but has grown into the sweetest little pup. Her and Cody love to play and run around in the back yard, but they are often content with laying on the couch for a nap or chewing on their favorite toys. Adopting Cody as an adult dog and Pepper as a tiny puppy has helped us learn how to care for and train dogs of all ages. We utilize positive reinforcement with lots of rewards for good behavior to not only train our dogs, but also to maintain a strong and trusting relationship! I work from home full-time, so I will be able to care for your pet 24/7! Pepper requires frequent potty breaks due to her age, so the dogs typically go out every 1-2 hours. If we leave the house on weekends, we never do so for longer than 4-5 hours. If your puppy loves play and attention, we would be a perfect fit for him or her! Both of my dogs love to run and play both inside and outside. We have plenty of toys to share, and a large fenced yard for play. Pepper naps in her crate throughout the day and sleeps in there overnight, but Cody does not have a crate. If your pup is crate trained, I would be more than happy to keep up that routine!

“Another excellent walk under challenging circumstances. Even with thunderstorms and tornado watches- Lori made her way to our house to give the dogs reassurance and support. She made sure the got out for a short time to complete their “business”.”

Julie J.
“I recently (and luckily) made a friendship with Julia Jones. I raise chickens as a hobby and visit The Tractor Store regularly to purchase feed and other supplies. I met Julia there by chance when she was working. She saw me with my dog (Kevin) and we talked about our mutual love for animals for at least 45 minutes. Even at our first introduction it was clearly evident that she was extremely passionate for all animals. Long story short, we found out that she remembered caring for my dog almost 7 years prior when he was still at the shelter she worked at. She recognized my dog from 7 years ago! It was truly remarkable because she gave me information to his backstory that I never knew. Not only that, I talked her ear off about my chickens. I had so many questions and concerns and she was extremely knowledgeable and explained things to me thoroughly and professionally. Shortly after, and unfortunately, one of my chickens was attacked by an opossum. I had never experienced this before and I was distraught. I remembered her saying that she had quite a few chickens of her own, so I called her to ask her advice on my chicken’s injuries. I had to leave town right at that time and I had no idea what to do with my injured chicken. I truly thought my flock was going to die. Luckily I knew Julia. She offered to rehab the chicken at no cost to me. She kept the chicken for the two weeks I was away. She consulted her own vet about the chicken’s condition, and working on his advice, got the chicken to the point where I was able to re-introduce her to my other chickens. I will never forget what this meant to me. She not only saved my chicken’s life, but she kept her for the two weeks that I had to be away. If it wasn’t for her expertise and kindness, I don’t know what I would have done. I can't say enough good things about Julia. I truly hope you consider her for whatever you need because she is knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. Sincerely, Luke Berti”

Casie C.
“Casie is a wonderful dog sitter! From the moment I brought my dog to her I could tell how much she loves dogs! Her own dogs are wonderful and were very friendly with my dog. Her fenced backyard is perfect for the dogs to spend time outside and get their energy out! Her prices are very fair and it was wonderful to be able to travel without worrying about my dog! I have recommended Casie to friends already and will continue to do so! She is awesome (and her dogs too!)!”

Lori L.

Nicole H.

“Nicole was fantastic! She is very responsive, and she even met with me and my dog prior to his scheduled walk to make sure they were a good fit. Highly recommend!”

Alexis D.
“Alexis is the definition of an animal person. She’s has huge compassion and love for people’s pets, treating the same way she treats her own. She is diligent in her care and gives them everything they need and more. Between her own pets and foster animals she’s taken on, she is well versed in the care of both cats and dogs. If you want someone who will go above and beyond for your animal, Alexis is the one to go with. There probably isn’t anyone I would trust more to watch over my cat than her! I will absolutely be using her as a pet sitter again!”
