“I was in need of weekly drop in visits for about a month in order to ensure our cat's needs were met. Lily’s a small cat, so I initially requested visits every 7 days. I reached out to 2 providers. One declined because of the distance, and the other didn't respond. I was about to join another pet sitting service to see if they had anyone close by and tried Rover again. Amanda’s profile appeared, and bonus, she was only about 5 country miles away from my house. I sent the details to Amanda, and she accepted fairly quickly. A more detailed text followed to let Amanda know where everything was located. I had set up things the best I could before I left to ultimately make it easier for her. We had several texts about the ideal number of days for a visit. We decided to gauge it on the condition of the litter box, food and water after the initial 5 days between my departure and her initial visit. She recommended 5 days, and she changed the visitation dates, as I was limited to only daily, weekly, monthly, etc. and not a specific number of days. Amanda’s reporting and overall communication was great. Her summaries were prompt, comprehensive and clearly painted a picture a job well done. She was also able to get Lily to warm up to her after the first visit. That alone is a minor miracle, as Lily’s quite shy around strangers and even other family members. The bottom line? I was really appreciative of Amanda through this entire process and highly recommend her to anyone needing services close to her.”

About: I use to work at a doggie daycare in 2018 for three years I have dealt with every single breed and age along with some grooming and dog walking . I also did my own pet sitting with many customers and a lot were repeat customers . I have given medicine to a diabetic cat . I have taken care and owned many farm animals . I will take care of any animals small or big . I am available every weekend all day and I am available in the afternoon during the week and at night and very early in the morning . I do not have a fenced in yard but I don’t mind taking them out on a leash or taking them for a walk , I have cats in my home along with a little shitzuh that is my roommates dogs . A senior boxer beagle mix and a mini pincher mix I rescued him from becoming a bait dog . I also have rescued many animals .i do have two small kids in my home a 3 year old little boy and a 1 year old little girl .

About: I love animals. I always have. I don’t just think of them as animals they are family and while your pet is here they are my family too. Ohana means family and family means nobody gets left behind. I also did dog training and completed it. I just never actually got to open my own dog training program. I’m currently a stay at home mom. I do sometimes sub at my kids school. But for the most part I’m home. Means lots of time to play with your babies and give them all the attention they need. While I am able to do that I am still a mom and I do have to do things while I’m not home your baby will safely be kenneled. I have a huge yard it is not fenced but I do have a small area that is fenced. I have 2 friendly dogs that love to play. I will also be able to crate them for their safety when I’m not home.

About: When it comes to what sets me apart from other sitters, it's all about my passion and experience in training dogs. I am a force-free dog trainer who is also currently pursuing my degree in Animal Health and Behavior Science. I've been in the wonderful world of dog training for 6 years! My dog is very well trained and is able to ignore dogs. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I do have a potty area where the dogs can go out on leash. I have a 14 acre field behind where I live, as well as multiple hiking trails just a shirt drive away. If youre comfortable with me taking your dog on adventures, they will be safely restrained in my car, either in a crash tested harness or crate (which I will provide). I have long lines reaching up to 50 feet allowing all dogs to run and play freely while remaining under control. When visiting homes, I will ensure pets go out according to schedule and I introduce myself in a safe and positive way!

About: I've had dogs since I was a child. I have had puppies and right now my dog just turned 15 years old and is still spritely. I also have two cats that we rescued. I am currently working part-time and I will be available to care for your pets on Sundays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays or after I get home from work on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the evening. I am looking forward to walking and playing with your dog or caring for your cat in the environment that they are used to and comfortable with.

About: I’ve had animals since I was a child. I grew up with cats and dogs. Taking care of animals has always been a huge passion of mine. Whether it is taking care of my own, volunteering at rescues, or taking care of the stray kittens in the area, you can only find me doing something animal related. About: I have 2 large dogs and 3 cats of my own. I am a vet tech- 5 years experience in Internal Medicine. I currently work at a groomer part time. Animals are always a part of my life in one way or another. I work from home with flexibility so as long as your local to me I can come take care of your pets when your not home to do so. I have a fenced in yard for my doggos. I can let your dogs out in a yard or leash walk- whatever suits you. I can adjust to your preferences. I can always feed/water any of your pets while im there.
