We found Paul literal days before our trip out of the country for over a week. Let me count the ways in which we unintentionally threw him curve balls: - my laptop broke right before leaving and he had to manage a delivery from my company - only a day in my sister had an emergency (no heat) and her entire family had to move in! We kept Paul on during the day while my sisters family stayed overnight. - my sister also had a dog and we had to add an additional dog to the scope. Also, it was a great Dane! No small ask. - there was a huge snowstorm and he couldn't even drive down the road! With every single bump, Paul stayed calm, professional, and communicative. He far surpassed our expectations and we feel like the chaos and unexpected issues helped to create a deep sense of trust in Paul.
