It was obvious when I arrived at their home that they love dogs! Steve explained the process of his boarding at the 'meet and greet', then told me what I needed to bring when I returned to drop my pup off. The entire process went smoothly. I received updates with pictures of my pet while I was on vacation. By the looks of the pictures I think my dog had a better vacation with Steve and Patty than I did on my trip!! “This was my first time boarding my dog Marley, a senior small dog we adopted from the local shelter. When I was looking for a sitter on Rover, Chrisie's profile said she only accepts small dogs which made me more comfortable as I'm not sure how Marley would have been around large or aggressive dogs. We did a meet and greet and I knew she was going to be a great sitter. And she was !! She kept in touch with me and sent photos of Marley and Marley always looked so happy! And Chrisie loved Marley too and showed him so much love while she watched him for me. When I picked him up he looked like he was going to miss her and honestly that made me happy because I knew that he trusted her. “Tayanna accepted my booking in minutes. She told me a little bit about herself and shared pictures of other dogs she has dog-sat. That helped me feel more comfortable. She was super flexible about pick-up and drop off time (I ran a few times by her ahead of time). She sent me lots of videos and pictures of Teddy while I was gone for 5 days. Teddy, my dog, is sweet, but he can take off running for hours if a door is left open. That made me nervous to even try a dog-sitter. Tayanna assured me that Teddy would always be safe with her. Tayanna never had a problem walking Teddy and keeping him safe. I will use her again if I need a dog sitter again :-) And she gave him a cute nick-name: "Sir Teddy." I thought that was cute :-) Tayanna was great!”
