“Darcy was outstanding. She was great with the dogs, sent lots of pictures, even offered to stop by extra if the dogs were afraid of thunderstorms. She communicated promptly and was willing to bring in the mail for us. I can certainly recommend her, and will contact her again should the need arise. Thank you, Darcy.”
“Amber is an experienced and knowledgeable petsitter. She has done great job petsitting my cats and I am pleased with all she has done for me! She has a special ability with animals and they respond well to her! Thank you!”
About: I have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages. I’ve taken care of my senior dog for years, which has taught me patience, attentiveness, and how to support older dogs’ needs. I’ve also been around puppies and high-energy dogs my entire life, as my grandparents board Border Collies. I’m comfortable with different personalities, routines, and energy levels, and I focus on making every dog feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for. Pet care is a constant part of my daily routine. I regularly care for my senior dog, who is blind and deaf, making sure he gets the stimulation he needs and is fed the correct food at the proper times. I also have a cat living with me, so I make time every day for her playtime, affection, meals, and treats. Caring for pets is already built into my schedule, allowing me to give consistent and attentive care. I prioritize safety, comfort, and consistency in both my home and my clients’ homes. I follow all care instructions closely, maintain clean and secure spaces, and pay close attention to pets’ routines and behaviors. I’m especially mindful of doors, feeding schedules, and creating a calm environment to reduce stress. Whether in my home or theirs, I treat every pet with patience, respect, and attentive care to help them feel safe and at ease.
About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 16. I work for Charleston Animal Society. Examples of care; walking them, to giving them medicine (if needed), feeding them, making sure they have water, don’t overheat, have basically everything they need as they are with me, to having them for sleep overs, and staying with them for however long was needed. Animals are my top priority. At the moment I have a full time job, but have weekends off. I plan to entail doing this on my weekends and even after work days. This is more then just making it my routine. I adore animal(s). I have a fenced in yard, I as well have a crate. Plenty of opportunities for walking adventures. I enjoy going to the dog park, as well with adventuring outside anywhere with the animal(s). Whatever you set for rules or boundaries I’ll always continue to respect them, and always follow. I enjoy working with animal(s)
“Worked with me to help rehab one dog with leg i jury. She was able to walk healthy dog to be sure his fitness didn’t slide as his sister heals. Truly wonderful & responsive to our dogs.”

“Colleen is terrific! I can recommend her 100% without reservation. On short notice, she was able to drop in several times a day to attend to one dog and three cats. The photos she sent each day were a definite plus. You won't be disappointed.”

About: I worked at PetSmart for approximately 5 years & have experience with basic grooming needs. I have grown up with both dogs & cats & am always the one friends/family call when they are in need of someone to watch their babies. I truly just love animals of all varieties. I work from home & am able to stay with your pets while you are out of town or at work yourself. I can check in on them during the day, take them for walks, & ensure they are fed and well loved. I am also able to stay at your home when needed. I am happy to abide by whatever guidelines you set to ensure your baby is safe & your home is well cared for as well.
About: I've owned a variety of animals and grew up in household that encouraged living animals of all sorts. Have seen animals through their best days and worst. I've had experience with diabetes (cats briefly), and various medications. Worked with all sizes of dogs. I currently work Mon-Fri appx 8-4. Looking to support evening puppy care. Pretty flexible most evenings. Weekends will be more flexible based on my availability. I'm an affectionate and patient pet owner. If your baby needs a little extra comfort or hand holding, I'm good with that. Your expectations will be my guide.
About: My attention to detail and absolute top notch care. I will treat your pets like they are my own. I have experience with both senior animals and young. I will be available 7 days a week, currently only working part time, looking to make watching and taking care of animals a full time thing. I live in a pet friendly apartment, however, I do prefer to travel and take care of pets, in the comfort of their own homes.
About: I am committed to only offering the best care and comfort to your pets. Right from starting as a pet sitter, I’ve taken care of a senior dog with issues like incontinence, and adhering to a schedule that fits his needs best. I have experience in administering medication and using a diaper wrap to fit his needs at night. Requirements like this do not throw me off of offering your pet the best love and care a sitter can give. I am a college student during the week, so my main pet-sitting hours will be open during weekends, unless there’s a visit after 1:00pm that comes my way. I’m mostly active between Honesdale, Waymart, and Scranton. When visiting a client’s home for pet care, I always make sure the pet is comfortable and no one (especially cats) move or knock over objects that can disrupt the functionality of the home. I’ve had experience living in someone’s home before while pet sitting and am always committed to leaving it as pristine as when I arrived- even when some pets were committed to having a bit too much fun
About: I absolutely love all animals. I worked as a veterinarian assistant for many years at the Vestal Veterinary hospital. I still work there as the lead pharmacist. I have had some behavioral training with my own dogs. I will be able to tend to any kind of special needs your fur/feather babies might have. Im experienced in everything from naughty puppies to medicating our needy seniors, even our spicy kitties lol. I have two rescue dogs Pearl and Chief along with Flocki our Cockatoo, they are my best friends. I know there are many animals that can't be boarded for a wide variety of reasons. Im here to help. You can enjoy your time away and know your beloved pets are comfortable and cared for. Even if you just need someone to help medicate or walk your dog I'd love to help. Thank you for your time and consideration. I have great references. I look forward to meeting you and your fur babies! I can not board at my house. Unfortunately one of my rescue dogs does not do well with outside dogs. I work 9 to 6 Monday through Friday. I can come to your house before and after work, possibly on lunch. I can stay at your house while you are away. My children are grown and can take care of my home while I care for yours. I would be happy to follow any dietary needs your pet may have. If your pet needs medications I can ensure you your pet will get their medication no matter how difficult the task. I will be compassionate and understanding that your pet is scared and misses you and doesn’t know who I am. I will show your pet all the extra love they need while your away.
“Logan was wonderful with our two kitties. They are very shy and skittish and Logan was patient and kind and wisely waited for them to make friends in their own time. Now they love him! He was great at keeping us informed, dependable, and helpful. He did everything we asked and spent lots of time with our pets. He even took care of some outside snow and ice for us! We will definitely request Logan again. Very happy pet parents!”

“Nate took good care of my 2 senior cats while I was away on vacation. He did daily drop in visits, litter box, fed/watered, gave 1 daily medication, and spent time with them. He also sent pics and gave me updates. My house was clean when I got home. Nate was prompt to respond on the site, we met in advance at a public eatery to get to know each other, and he came to my house after to meet my cats and get a basic run down on their needs. He was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and my cats took an instant liking to him. I would highly recommend him to others and will hire him again in the future! It's so hard to find good, reliable yet reasonable pet care. Thank you so much Nate!!!”

“This is our first time using Rover, and Shayla is above and beyond our expectations. Our fullsize goldendoodle Mac is reactive to new people, and Shayla has put in the effort to go slow with our boy, and it's paying off. Over several visits, she has won over his curiosity and trust, and has asked us about his tendencies, to help ensure his comfort and routine as she prepares to house sit for us. Our trip will be the first time that both my husband and I are going away since we've had Mac, and I am certain he will be in great hands. I can't wait to see how Shayla's relationship with our dog continues. Seeing her approach with him, we can tell she's an experienced and knowledgeable sitter.”

“Alisa was absolutely fantastic with my dog, Tsubaki. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and clearly has a natural way with animals. After just one visit, Tsubaki was actually smiling when Alisa arrived for her next walk! I also hired Alisa for overnight sitting, and everything went smoothly. She kept me updated with pictures and messages, which gave me real peace of mind. I felt completely confident that Tsubaki was in great hands.”
