I have 2 dogs, a German Shepherd mix and a Beagle mix, ages 11 and 8. One of my favorite things to do is walk my dogs. Many of family friends also have dogs that come over. I’m a teacher available 24/7 for the summer. When school starts I am available weekday mornings 6-11 /evenings 5-10 and all day on the weekend I have a fenced yard and 2 friendly dogs. I can also kennel your dog if needed. Meet and greet of dogs would be needed before any overnight stays with us.

About: Been walking dogs since high school, I even have one of my own who is my whole world, I’m very reliable, and will love your dog like my own! Just looking to make a few extra dollars to make life a tad easier, and my love for animals makes me wanna help everyone out when it’s needed. I prefer to do things at owners house as my one dog is not friendly to others, and would not like for things to go wrong

About: I love pets of all kinds, shapes, and sizes. I accept all personalities coming from an owner of a very mischievous husky and a reactive senior pup. I have several years of dog walking and sitting in DC as well as working at veterinarian offices. I am also currently enrolled in nursing school so am no stranger to any medically necessary situations. I will always ensure to treat your pet like my own and make sure they grown to love me like their own! I currently work nights part time at UMMC as well as am enrolled full time in nursing school. Though that might sound like my schedule I’m jammed pack, I have plenty of breaks in between for your beloved pups! I also enjoy quality time outside and would love to have a fur friend to join me. I currently do not do pet sitting in home or out as I have a 3 year old toddler I simply cannot spend time away from and my senior pup is unfortunately dog reactive.

About: I've had the privilege to care for many types of animals through my life. Caring for animals is my passion in life, and I will happily care for yours like they are my own. My private sitting is more cost effective than boarding you pets. If you have multiple pets I am willing to negotiate my fees to help you afford quality care for your pets. It causes them less stress being in their own home. They won't be around pets they don't know. There will be no chance of them catching an animal illness or be injured by another pet. I will only be caring for your pets so they will have all of my attention and affection the whole time you are away not divided among however many pets are being boarded during that time. I can also stay with them overnight so if anything happens they will not have to wait until someone arrives in the morning to check on them. I will keep your pets on whatever schedule you would like. Depending on your needs I will happily take them for walks, play with them, love them, and am comfortable giving meds. I have taken care of pets for friends, family, neighbors, and clients. I also have experience with many types of animals, but will follow the instructions you give as you know what your pet needs more than anyone else. I will send photos and updates however often you would like to let you know how they are doing. Unlike leaving them at a boarding facility your pets will be the only ones I am caring for and will receive my full attention. I will also always have my phone on if you need to reach me about anything. I currently live with my husband, 4 dogs, 1 bird, and several hermit crabs. I work primarily on my computer and am home most of the day. My husband can care for our pets when I am not home so I can focus fully on caring for yours. If you need someone who can stay home all day with your pets while you're away, I can easily work remotely from your home. I may need to occasionally run errands, but unless discussed before hand, I will not be gone for more than 2 hours. I am currently unable to stay away from my home for more than 2 days as I have family obligations that are preventing me from staying longer. I should be able to return to longer overnight stays in the summer. I work remotely from home. This leaves me in a great position to work remotely from your home while caring for your pets. I also make my own schedule so if you just need me to stop by: to feed, play with, pet, walk, or just be there so they aren't alone all day, I will happily do that too. I will always listen to what you tell me your pet needs. For example if you have a fenced yard that you would like me to walk them in on a leash, I will do just that. I won't make assumptions about what is safe for your pet. You know them best and I will care for them in whatever way you want me to. Their health and safety is always my top priority.

About: My family got a Havanese when I was 14 years old and she just passed away February 2024. Recently, my partner and I got a Micro Bernadoodle puppy in June 2024. Neighbors and friends have relied on me to walk and take care of their pets since I was in high school! I am a teacher during the school year so I have all summer off! I am available most days for a walk or a quick stop-by. Currently, I have a puppy at home so I am very attentive when it comes to safety for your fur baby. When walking your pet, I can always bring my puppy with me for a friend if you want your dog to be socialized!

About: I’ve been dog walking and sitting for neighbors since I was 12 years old. I’ve dog sat multiple types of dogs. I’ve done dog walking, check-in & potty break visits, and I’ve stayed at a clients home for long periods of time (5+ days) to be with their pups. I’ve also been tasked with administering insulin shots to dogs before. And I have a lot of experience with dogs that have anxiety, whether with new people, thunderstorms, or anything else, as I have one myself and a long remaining client of mine does as well. I’ve always loved dogs, having grown up having 2 smaller dogs myself. I am hoping to do pet sitting as a new permanent business, so I will have nothing but time to look after your pets! I will schedule out days and time periods based on client necessity and to provide the optimal care for your pets. Because I have two dogs myself, one of which has severe people and other animal anxiety, which for the safety of your pets and mine means I am unable to bring any pets into my home as of current. However, I’ve stayed at the homes of clients before to be with their pups while they’re away. I feed them every morning and night or make sure the food bowl is full depending on how the client feeds their dogs. I give them any medicine or joint tablets that they need to be well. I let them out multiple times a day whenever they need it. And I try to play with and pet them as much as I can while I’m there so they don’t miss their humans too much. I will even take them on a walk if allowed.

About: I have grown up around cats, dogs, and other pets and love to take care of them. I've been house and pet sitting for almost my entire life. I am an animal lover and will always give extra attention to your pets. I am up for any task and promise to give full care and love to your pet! I love being outside and playing so this is perfect for high energy dogs. I also enjoy lounging around and hanging with pets, perfect for lower energy dogs. Either way, animals intrigue me in every aspect and I love working with them. I am available at 3:00pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. About: I love dogs very much . Had them all of my life. I have 2 labs which are very spoiled. I would take very good care of your pet like it was my own. I am available on weekends or Friday and Saturday nights.Sunday during the day. I can come walk your dog during the day and evening on weekends and spend as much time with them as you like. About: From the moment I was born I’ve been a pet owner. In total, I’ve had 10 dogs and cats throughout my life (currently 3 cats and 1 dog). I’ve cared for pets of family friends and strangers alike. I’ve never met a dog or cat that didn’t soon become my friend. In college, I dog sat for local families over the holidays when I wasn’t able to go home. Caring for others’ pets helped me when I was missing my own. Now I’m continuing my education online at my own pace and have plenty of time and love to give to your pets! My availability is very flexible as my classes are asynchronous, therefore I can (and would love to) take care of your pets whenever you need me.

About: I have loved animals since I was a little girl! I have many years of experience with dogs, cats and even small animals like hamsters, turtles and fish. I want to be there for you, and your furbaby so you can fully relax on that vacation you have been looking forward too! I am currently employee at Washington College with a pretty loose schedule! I live in downtown chestertown which is open to all different types of walking opportunities and is a short walk to many fields at the college!

About: I have been born and raised to take care of any type of family member from the small lizard to largest dog to feathered friends and horses. I love all animals and I have family members of my own. Plus I have a little helper who isn't scared of anything and loves to help her momma as much as she can. I'm will to do what ever it takes to make sure everyone is a happy camper and provide the best care I can to keep your mind at ease knowing you family is in good hands.
