About: I have loved and trained dogs my whole life. I am a retired certified K-9 trainer and handler with 10 years experience. Dogs are one of my biggest joys in life. I am semi-retired professional and have a very flexible schedule to care for the dogs in my life. Dogs deserve lots of love and time for all the joy they give each of us. I offer a huge (free roam) fenced yard. I also have a kennel in the back yard with heated dog houses if needed. A doggie shower and a large kennel are available inside a heated garage. I allow dogs in my home. Numerous dog walks per day are a must. I will be honest, trustworthy and respectful when visiting your home. My property is dog safe.
About: I have taken care of dogs for 15+ years. I used to work for a pet sitting service, and have had dogs of my own as well. I currently work full time Monday- Friday. I can provide early morning check ins as well as evenings during the weekdays. I’m available weekends as well. I will make sure your dogs are well cared for and get exercise. About: I have had animals in my life ever since I was 4 years old. I'm pretty new to Rover, but have been petsitting by word of mouth since 2020! I've done extensive research on pets and what kind of care they prefer, what kind of diets are healthiest for them, and all the details that bridge the gap between their domestication and their primal instincts. I will provide loving care to dogs, cats, and other small animals like birds, hamsters, rabbits etc, and I will leave your house in just as good, if not better, condition than I found it! I work full time, but my schedule at work is incredibly flexible, so I am available on weekdays and weekends. I can take animals on walks if needed, or just be there to feed them and let them out daily. I am very flexible in terms of what services I offer, as it depends on what services you need! I can come and petsit at your house, and I can spend the night if you don't want your fluffy friends to get lonely. I can board for certain pets but not all, as I have a very picky cat of my own, so it is best to message me directly about what you are looking for!
About: With over 50 years of caring for and loving all animals, primarily cats and dogs, you can confidently trust me to treat you dog/cat with respect love and safety! I have 6 years experience in training dogs with "positive reinforcement training" I can help curb bad habits and help while on walks with effective leash training. I have experience with administering meds also. We can hike, run, bike or walk at any pace, slow or fast, whatever your fur baby likes. I am retired so I am wide open. I prefer earlier walks and hikes in the summer months to avoid the heat. I have a truck and toyota carolla and can transpot if needed I have fenced yard with no current pets at this time. The neighborhood is quiet and shaded sidewalks for cool walks in the summer months

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
