“Callie is excellent!! She is very responsive and took our Shih Tzu Cooky on very short notice. She kept us updated with pictures. I knew without a doubt after leaving Cooky, she was in the best hands possible. We were able to enjoy our weekend without any worries and highly recommend Callie. Thank you Callie!”

“Wrigley had a great week at Mark's home. We received daily photos and updates of our fur baby. He was well cared for and loved playing with Ghost, their family dog. We will definitely use Mark again if he wants to keep spoiling Wrigley with so many walks ❣️”

“Rachel and her family took amazing care of a mama cat and four babies we rescued from a shipyard. She was accommodating, responsive, and clearly loves to take care of animals. Could not recommend anyone more and would absolutely use again in the future.”

“Lexie and her family are the friendliest, sweetest and just plain caring of any care team I’ve ever met. They welcome your pets into their home as if they were their own and communicate well for the duration of their stay. We don’t leave our pets in anyone else’s caring hands and we can’t thank them enough.”

“Lynsi did a great job watching my dog Fitz. She kept me updated on how he was doing throughout the visit and made sure he was safe and comfortable. Definitely recommend and would book again!”

“Morgan and her family were great. Missy seemed well cared for. I received photos often of Missy. She let me know what Missy was up to. I would definitely entrust my fur baby to Morgan again.”

“Jesse was amazing! He accepted my booking on very short notice and took excellent care of my dog, Xena, all weekend. He kept me updated, was reliable, and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Xena was happy, well cared for, and I could tell she was in great hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Jesse again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter. Thank you so much!”

“Nicole was phenomenal with our dog. She paid attention to her and spent so much time playing with her and taking her on walks, etc. We use dog sitters a lot but Nicole exceeded our expectations and we will be using her for all future dog sitting needs. 10/10 recommend. If you’re on the fence about who you should use, definitely book Nicole you won’t regret it! Our dog thought she was on vacation.”

“I’m so glad we were lucky enough to get Elizabeth! She was incredibly helpful and accommodating to us. We tried not to ask anything too exorbitant. But considering we booked with her in less than an hour of making the request, added a bath, and changed our departure time, she rolled with all of it and made our experience that much better. Next time we are in town, she will be the first person we try to book with ahead of time next time. Just to make sure we get her! :)”

“Julie and her family provided an awesome stay for our dog for a week while we were out of town! She was so kind, accommodating, and responsive. Our dog Biggie clearly had a great stay with an entire family showing him love—I would definitely recommend a stay with Julie!”

“Another great sitting with Dannah! Jackson made some new friends and was well taken care of. Dannah picked up Jack soon after I left and dropped him off right before I got home making sure he had fresh water and food so I wouldn’t need to mess with this when I got home. She does a great job providing progress reports. I often travel for work a week at a time, monthly, and have no worries about leaving Jackson with Dannah. I know he will always be well cared for as he has for the last 18 months.”
“Asheia had 5 dogs to handle and care for during our 1st five day experience of caring for our very pampered pooch (She said she could tell she was spoiled, haha! True!) and appeared very alert and aware of all the different personalities of those in her care, keeping an eye on which ones get along and acting accordingly keeping them all safe. Safe is the key word here...we all want to enjoy our getaway knowing our pets are in a safe place, and that it was. I would give a 5 star rating except her phone was acting up not allowing for but only one photo in 5 days, yet she tried! But it made me a nervous wreck being 10 hours away. I was only hesitant at first realizing Chloe wasn't going to have a yard to run about, which she's used to, but now I'm preferring the tight quarters knowing the dogs are watched from all angles, again being kept safe! I would love for Asheia to watch our girl again. Thanks Asheia!”

“Angela took great care of Kian! She sent me plenty of pictures, took him for long walks, and made sure his stay felt like a vacation too! I’ll absolutely be booking with her in the future.”

“Our babies had a blast in their hugh, hugh yard! I think our dogs wanted to stay because they felt so at home and could ran, ran, ran all day! We will definitely use Jim and Myrna again if and when we need a sitter.”

“Angie was truly wonderful! She kept me up to date with so many pictures, I never had to ask, she was on top of it! She took such good care of our fur baby and we felt like we were in good hands! You won’t regret choosing Angie to care and love your fur baby as her own! Thank you Angie!”

About: My partner and I started our dog sitting and boarding journey out of a deep, lifelong love for animals. Caring for pets has always come naturally to me — I’ve been around and caring for animals of all kinds since I was a child. We’re not just pet sitters; we truly treat every animal like family. When your pet is with us, they’re not just safe — they’re loved, spoiled, and given the kind of attention and care we’d want for our own. You can feel confident knowing your furry friend is in kind, experienced, and devoted hands. My partner and I currently work part time, we have plenty of time for potty breaks, walks, and play time. We are home every weekend and home early afternoons. We’re proud to offer a spacious, secure, and visually enriching environment for your pets to enjoy. Our home sits on 10 acres of cleared land, giving plenty of room for safe exploration, fresh air, and playtime. We do require all pets to be flea-medicated and up to date on vaccines for everyone’s comfort and safety. We share our home with two friendly dogs and two cats, so all visiting pets must be well-socialized and dog/cat friendly. Your pet will be treated like family here, with lots of love, attention, and space to thrive. We’re also happy to provide add-on services like light grooming, cleaning, and nail trimming upon request — just let us know what your pet needs!

Morgan was absolutely fantastic with Sasha! From the very beginning, she was professional, communicative, and clearly experienced with pets. She kept me updated regularly with photos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Sasha looked relaxed and happy in every update, and it was clear she was in great hands. I would absolutely trust Morgan to watch Sasha again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring pet sitter.

Many sitters in MS ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
