My backyard is unfenced, except for the patio area and a room sized square for dogs to pee/poop in. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, but they can be on the bed if they stay on top of the blanket. About: I’m the founder of a local dog rescue focused on helping street and shelter dogs. I’ve fostered 20+ dogs and specialize in shy and senior pups. I currently work from home, spending my days with my own dogs inside and out in the yard. When I’m not fostering for my rescue, I’d love to fill that space with owned pets who need trusted care while their people are away. Caring for dogs is already part of my routine and all aspects of my life. Safety and calm structure are my top priorities. I have a secure fenced yard and specialize in lost dog rescue through my nonprofit—so I’m especially vigilant about keeping dogs safe. I offer in-home sitting and daycare with two low-key senior resident dogs (8 lbs and 6 lbs) who generally ignore our guests. I feed dogs separately and manage intros and routines with care, experience, and compassion. Your dog’s comfort and safety are my priority, and I care for every pup like they’re my own.

About: I'm an owner of 4 dogs of different sizes, breeds, and age. Loved teaching basic commands and playing with them throughout the day. Have dog sat for friends and family, while they are away. I currently work part time from home and am able to step away several times a day in order to take care of your pet. I have a fenced yard, pretty large home where pets can be inside as well. If pet needs to be crated I can provide that as well. Neighborhood is very dog friendly and I am able to walk to a nearby park with leashed dog.

About: I make my own schedule as a business owner & work from home. I have flexibility to walk pets as often as needed, but have a huge fenced in corner lot backyard. I have a 4 yr old Mini Aussie a 2 yr old Pomsky. My dogs are super friendly and love playing with others. I have flexibility to care for pets due to working from home and being a small business owner. I have a large fenced in yard on a corner lot and my home is 1600 sq ft so there’s plenty of room for dogs to play. I follow feeding instruction based on age/ weight or if puppy needs to be fed three times per day for example. You can drop off toys/chews that your dog prefers, or allow them to play with the plethora of toys I already have from Bark Box. I have dog beds and a crate (for small to medium dogs only), if there are specific instructions that need to be followed. If there are preferences such as making sure your pet doesn't chew sticks, while out on a walk, please let me know 😊

About: I have a Dog Cognition Certificate from Duke University, as well as 5 years of experience taking care of dogs and training dogs. She has been on the airplane more than the time I can count. She has been in caves underground and on the highest mountains. Currently, I am trying to expand our dog boarding business here on Rover. I believe all dogs have the potential to be amazing. Please feel free to message me. I stay at home full-time. Taking care of dogs is a part of my job. My husband works from home, and he can help to watch and train the dogs too. I do dog boarding at home. My home is very dog-friendly. I have a fully fenced yard, and I live between two big parks, one is right behind my backyard, and the other one is less than 10 minutes walking distance. So my location is perfect for dogs to get their exercise and play time.

About: My name is Chaim (like "hi", with an "m"). My interactions with dogs are informed by some of the best minds in the field. I'm looking forward to meeting your dog. My approach to daily routine with dogs is dog-driven, meaning that I try to determine through one on one interection what the dog's interests are in terms of this location; do they like balls, or frisbees? Are they interested in the park next door? As I gain a sense of what their interests are, I can cater to those interests as a reward system, while we build trust and communication. I believe that every dog 's interaction with every person is different. Likewise, I try to view each dog as a new individual with whom I can form a working relationship. My environment is clean, toxin-free (we use cleansers like vinegar and Bon Ami), and welcoming. I have a lot of experience with dogs and so I am aware of their ability to present new and interesting challenges. We manage these challenges here by developing an individualized approach to the dog's daily routine.

“Zelor was great! He was super quick to respond and very accommodating. We literally booked him just hours before we needed his services. Our boys just needed some company while we went out for a non-dog friendly dinner reservation. We’re so glad Zelor was available and we will definitely use his services again for any future trips!”
