Growing up in a rural area, I was always surrounded by animals, such as dogs, cats, fish, pigs, donkeys, cows, and chickens. I often took in stray or abandoned animals, ensuring they were cared for and given the love they deserved. I have been pet sitting for friends and family for the past four years, providing both in-home stays and pet boarding at my place. I have fostered in the past, as well as volunteered at animal shelters, giving me experience with puppies, kittens, senior pets, and animals with special medical or anxiety needs. I know every pet has their own preferences and quirks, and I take the time to learn what makes each one feel comfortable and safe. I do pet sitting full-time, so I'm always ready to be available and present with your pet! I make sure to ask detailed questions about your pet's needs to ensure I'm giving them the care they deserve. I appreciate detailed instructions about your pet’s routine, needs, and preferences. Every dog is different, and I want yours to feel as comfortable as possible while away from home. Whether your pup has specific feeding schedules, chew habits, play styles, sleep preferences, or socialization needs, I’m here to listen and adjust accordingly. No request is "too much"—you know your pet best! Expect plenty of pupdates (photo updates) and communication, so you always know how your bestie is doing. I currently have one lab/pit mix and would get a dozen more if I could! I have experience with many different types of pets and I’m happy to help out with whoever you have at home. In the past I’ve cared for: rabbits, chickens, fish, turtles, cats and dogs! I work from home some days so I have the flexibility to come walk, pet, feed, potty and watch after you pup as needed through the day. You tell me what would make your pet happy and I’ll do my best to accommodate! I work only with friendly dogs. High energy is fine as that is what I have at home! I am accepting bookings for boarding, drop-ins, and house sitting.

“Not enough adjectives to describe Boyd's vacationat Kyle's!! . Kyle is energetic, warm, enthusiastic about what he does and welcomed us heartily. He had absolutely everything my boy loves: wide open spaces ti run, a large pool and smaller plastic one and always other pups to play endlessly with! Boyd paired up with one of Kyle's pups who matched his energy level and large size and they literally played until they both collapsed! Kyle sent many snapshots that captured Boyd playing and sleeping ( next to his fave pal!) Kyle was perfectly flexible when pickup time was a bit late due to traffic from the airport. I will most definitely be calling Kyle again in the future!!!”

They accept last-minute requests and have beyond reasonable pricing with large dog play areas where your dogs can be social and off-leash. Erika and her husband are cordial and, even though we have a language barrier, the fact is that their love for dogs does not need a language at all. They are very kind and send LOTS of photo updates and respond immediately via text; I encourage visitors to tip well. We are SO thankful for you guys!!”
