About: For over five years on Rover, I’ve cared for pets of all ages through overnight stays, holiday house‑sitting, and consistent drop‑ins for puppies and adult pets while their owners are at work or away for short and long trips. I also have experience with senior pets from my time volunteering with Young At Heart Senior Pet Adoptions, which gave me a deep appreciation for the extra patience and comfort older animals need. Over the years, I’ve supported many families by keeping their pets safe, relaxed, and well‑loved — whether that means maintaining routines, staying overnight, or providing reliable daytime check‑ins. About: I have pet-sitting experience for all kinds of animals. I've always loved pets and have a house full of chickens, rabbits, cats, a snake, birds, fish and dogs. I am a respectful and accommodating person, happy to give you regular updates, send pictures, and if you would like, collect your mail or water your plants. I am organized and I will ensure your home is the same upon your return. I'll be glad to walk your dog(s) in the morning and/or in the evening. We can gather these finer details of your pets via email. I have experience with all kinds of animals. From raising them to providing proper space for them as well as long term care. Chickens, Great Danes, reptiles, you name it. I've owned many animals all my life and I want to continue to add more experience by sharing my time with other pets. Caring for all kinds of animals brings me incredible joy! Ensuring they have fresh food and water, exercise, stimulation, and love is of the utmost importance. I am flexible and can work with you to suit the needs of your pets. I'm comfortable giving medications too.

About: I have experience caring for a variety of pets with different needs and routines. I have taken care of a 1-year-old cat along with 3 other adult cats, including a cat who required at least 30 minutes of playtime and interaction every day. I have also cared for a large dog who ate home-cooked soup mixed with his food at specific feeding times, as well as a husky who stayed in an air-conditioned dog house unit and required daily vitamins and attentive care. I am good at following direction for the desired care you and your pet need. I work remotely and any activities I plan I would plan around a schedule if at all with the pet in mind. I will plan in advance for the openings I have in my schedule to permit me to be with the pet. I typically stay in the pets home to create a less stressful environment for the pet and go about its daily routine as instructed by the pet owner. I will stay as long as required by the pet owner or stay in a guest bedroom all day depending on what makes the pet owner most comfortable with.

About: I’ve grown up with pets my entire life, cats and dogs. I have experience with all age ranges of pets. I enjoy taking care of mine and my family members pets! I often watch my parents 2 year old energetic boxer mix, as well as 3 cats, one who has heart failure. I also love spending time with my sisters 5 year old mini doxie. I’m comfortable cleaning up messes, cleaning litter boxes and providing basic medical needs. I look forward to meeting the furry important members of your family and providing the best care I can! I have an open availability for Monday-Friday from 6am-3pm. I’m available for longer walks if needed or short in and out trips. I take my parents dog Willie on walks around local parks, he’s a very energetic dog and likes to pull. So I take it one step at a time with him and give him ample time to soak in all the enrichment of the environment around us.

About: I have a lot of experience with animals, especially cats and dogs. Growing up I had multiple rescue dogs and a cat. In addition to my own pets I regularly take care of my neighbors’ dogs. In the past I worked for Cherokee Kennels and volunteered for Shelter from the Storm and the Dane County Humane Society. About: I have taken care of pets my whole life. My Dad went to school to be a Veterinarian, so we have always been around different animals. I have two cats at home, and recently just lost my beloved dog, Lexi! I currently work as a flight instructor so my schedule is very flexible! Several family members and friends have larger dogs that I take on walks and care for when they're away. Pet sitting fits well into my schedule, allowing me to provide reliable, attentive care while maintaining flexibility. I currently offer overnight house sitting, typically from approximately 7:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m., when many pets appreciate the comfort of having someone with them overnight. During the day, I may have other work or personal commitments depending on the booking, but I always communicate my schedule in advance so expectations are clear. I strive to keep pets on their normal routines for meals, potty breaks, playtime, medications, and companionship while respecting the schedule that works best for each household. I understand how important consistency is for animals, especially seniors or pets with medical needs, and I do my best to minimize disruptions to their daily routine. I am able to pick up your animal and drop them off for an additional fee ($10 / day). When caring for pets in a client's home, my priority is maintaining the environment and routines they already know. I carefully follow your instructions for feeding, medications, walks, exercise, household rules, and any special care your pet requires. I take time to build trust with each animal, allowing shy or anxious pets to become comfortable at their own pace. Safety is extremely important to me. I pay close attention during walks, keep doors and gates secure, monitor pets for changes in behavior or health, and never hesitate to contact an owner if I have a question or concern. I also treat every home with the same respect I would expect someone to show mine, keeping it clean, secure, and well cared for during your absence. Communication is a key part of my service. You can expect regular updates and photos so you know how your pets are doing and can have peace of mind while you're away.

About: Hi everyone! My name is Alexandra but I tend to go by Lexy. I have had dogs and cats and so many other animals in my household since before I was even born. My mom grew up on a big farm so she was used to being around animals. She wanted to make sure she had the same experience for my brother and I. I have been a part time dog sitter through word of mouth mainly. I just recently graduated from college with my bachelors in Public Health and am looking for a fun filler throughout my summer while I plan next steps. Animals (especially dogs) are my safe space. So please, entrust in me with your fury friend and I promise you will not regret it! I am currently only working part-time on weekends. So schedule is extremely open and extremely flexible. I am also available to do over nights as I have someone at my house who can watch my animals! I will not be offering any services at my own home as I have a pretty full house of animals. To sustain their comfort I want to keep this separate. At my house I have a fenced in yard but a large yard outside that fence the dogs are able to roam. They have an electric fence so they know how far they are supposed to go.

I do the best I can to continue your pet's routine while you're away including watering/feeding, walking, playing, taking your pet on outings like the dog-park for example, admistering medications, cleaning up pet waste, or anything else you'd like me to do! I also can provide overnight care for your pets including housesitting if needed. Housesitting responsibilites include watering plants, getting your mail, mowing the grass, putting out your garbage, or any other household tasks you'd like done while you're away including taking care of your pet and/or pets. I'm also available this summer Monday through Friday to drop-in to take care of pets from 1:30pm-6:00pm. This could include watering/feeding, walking, or anything your pet may need.
