About: For over five years on Rover, I’ve cared for pets of all ages through overnight stays, holiday house‑sitting, and consistent drop‑ins for puppies and adult pets while their owners are at work or away for short and long trips. About: I’m have grown up with and been surrounded by dogs of all kinds my entire life. I had the pleasure of caring for our family dog until he passed at the age of 18. This gave me the opportunity to become confident in my ability to care for a senior dog with incontinence and GI issues. After he passed, my Fiancé and I rescued a Yellow Lab puppy that we have had the pleasure and experience in training. I have grown confident in caring for dogs in all stages of life. I currently work full time as a nurse, working mostly second shift. This gives me plenty of time to play and take care of pets in the mornings prior to me going to work! My schedule is always slightly different every week, so my availability may changes at time. I am typically free from 7am - 2pm during the week days. On days that I work day shift, or don’t work at all, I am more than happy to stop by in the evenings! I have a fenced in yard of my own and a very friendly, 1 y/o yellow lab. I am comfortable with administering medications and easily crate your dog if needed.
About: My first job was as a kennel attendant at a local vet clinic where I learned a lot about animal care. I have also worked at a boarding facility. Since working there, I have started my own pet sitting service called “Bodens Buddies”. I started this service for a number of reasons; one, to give my dog Boden unique social opportunities, and two, because I believe pets thrive in a home setting even if it’s not their home. About: I’ve loved animals my whole life, I can take them for walks help feed them whatever needs to be done, I’ve taken care of pets for the last 5 years and it’s amazing I’m currently working only saturdays and sundays at a racetrack, i will be available all the other days if needed to watch your cats or dogs I live in an apartment if i were to watch your dog at my place they would have to be good with cats otherwise i will be available for check ins and walks as needed!

I have taken care of a 1-year-old cat along with 3 other adult cats, including a cat who required at least 30 minutes of playtime and interaction every day. I have also cared for a large dog who ate home-cooked soup mixed with his food at specific feeding times, as well as a husky who stayed in an air-conditioned dog house unit and required daily vitamins and attentive care. I am good at following direction for the desired care you and your pet need. I work remotely and any activities I plan I would plan around a schedule if at all with the pet in mind. I will plan in advance for the openings I have in my schedule to permit me to be with the pet. I typically stay in the pets home to create a less stressful environment for the pet and go about its daily routine as instructed by the pet owner. I will stay as long as required by the pet owner or stay in a guest bedroom all day depending on what makes the pet owner most comfortable with.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
