“Mary is great! She has been coming to check in on our puppy during the day while we’re at work. She is obviously a big animal lover and we have been very comfortable having her take care of our little guy! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs pet care.”

2. Matthew G.

“Matthew did a great job taking care of my dog while I was away. I scheduled drop in visits and he was very easy to work with. Definitely would book with him again in the future!”

3. Margaret Z.
“She is such a great person for dog walking. She loves dogs and doesn’t want to do anything that the dog isn’t comfortable with, she always has the dog’s health as top priority!”

4. Patricia M.
“1000/10! Patricia helped watch my dog and cat while my family and I went on vacation last year. She provided exceptional care for Lucy & Molly while we were away. Her professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind. She followed all instructions carefully and kept us updated with regular check-ins and photos, which we truly appreciated. It was clear that our pets were well cared for and she kept the house immaculate while she was there. Coming home to happy pets and a still-clean house was an amazing feeling. Patricia went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. We highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a dependable and caring pet sitter.”

About: Growing up I was always around both dogs and cats. I’m super passionate about giving pets the attention and care they need. I have experience in training puppies, dog walking, overnight stays, and even administering medications such as insulin. I am not taking classes right now so my schedule is very open at the moment. I am able to work anytime both weekdays and weekends. Whatever makes you as the client more comfortable, please let me know. I am very understanding and if something makes you uncomfortable, I will figure out how to change it.

6. Donna F.
About: As a lifelong animal lover with over 34 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, I understand how much your pets mean to you. I'm committed to giving them the same love, safety, and personalized attention they get at home. Plus, I'm certified in pet first aid and trained in positive reinforcement techniques, so you can trust your furry friends are in good hands Caring for pets isn't just part of my routine; it's my absolute joy! My days are all about making sure these furry friends get the love, exercise, and attention they deserve. Mornings kick off with walks or potty breaks, followed by feeding and playtime. Throughout the day, I fit in more walks, drop-ins, or daycare sessions tailored to each pet's unique needs. One of the best parts? My home has an amazing acre of fenced-in yard where pets can run free and play to their heart's content. Plus, I've even installed a DIY doggy door so they can come and go as they please. It's the perfect setup for them to feel right at home. Evenings are all about longer walks, cuddles, and winding down together before bed. On a weekly basis, I make sure to balance pet care with my personal schedule, so I'm always available for your pets, whether it's during the week or on weekends. My goal is to create a safe, loving space where pets feel like they're part of the family. For me, pet care isn't just a job—it's my passion! I have a fenced yard and one high energy pup to keep your dog company or if they are a low energy type even better cuz then they can hang out with me I have a fenced yard and one high-energy pup who can keep your dog company. If your dog is more low-energy, that's great too—they can hang out with me and be my buddy. No one is ever left feeling lonely here. My home is a lot like a dog park, with plenty of fenced in outside space for them to enjoy. If your dog does well at the dog park, I’m confident they’ll thrive with me!

7. Sydney P.

“Sydney was great! She stopped in to check on them, let them out and even cleaned their muddy feet. I didnt have to worry about them being cared for! Highly recommend 😊”

8. Kimber S.
About: I grew up with dogs and started taking care of our family pet when I was ~12. I nursed our oldest dog (Patches) through his death when he was 16 and I was 17. Shortly after, I did a different type of nursing with a 2 week old puppy whose momma wasn’t producing any milk. As an adult, I don’t have any pets because every few years I go abroad to teach English. I would never want to get a pet just to regime them after a year or two. I have been house/pet setting through trusted house sitters since 2019. I have completed 12 sits through that site and have a 5 star rating :) ive done basic sits - feed, walk, water, etc. As well as more complicated ones with elderly pets requiring a lot of care and medication. I work a full-time, remote position with a very flexible schedule. I occasionally have to travel out of state, but usually know at least a week in advance. If I do travel, my boyfriend will still be home. He only works afternoon shifts sat-mon Most of my experience thus far has been pet sitting in the owners home. However, I have occasionally hosted friends’ pets at my home. I have 1.4 acres that has a border fence. It isn’t a fence that really keeps animals in. Depending on the pet’s disposition, I may let them run around freely while I keep an eye out, or I may put them on a leash and walk them around the yard. There’s also a dog park less than a 5 min drive from my house

9. Sam B.
“Sam has looked after my two very unruly, troublemaking huskies many times before and now, I will never have a different sitter! I don't think they even want me back after spending time with her! She truly cares about animals and puts her whole heart into it and it shows! She's also taken care of our high maintenance princess cat before and no complaints there either!! Can't recommend her enough!”

10. Paige B.

“Paige was amazing !! The dogs loved her and she was so kind and professional ! Highly recommend !!!”

11. Alora H.
About: I worked in a vet clinic for about 2 years, so I have experience with all kinds of fur babies! I also have training in dog AND cat behavior/ body language. I believe that all animals deserve a loving environment, That’s exactly what they will receive from me! I am primarily a stay at home mom, I currently walk two other dogs but my schedule is pretty open! If you’re interested in boarding, I do morning and evening feeds and walks for my own pup, we would love the company! I have a fenced in yard on farmland out in the country! If your pup loves to run and play, this is the yard for them! If your baby has good recall, I can open the gate and they will have access to 5 acres that don’t have livestock.

12. Kira C.

“Kira was a fantastic help to me after a very short-notice out of state trip came up! My cat Eury was well taken care of; Kira went above and beyond.”

13. Grace D.
“Grace has watched my pets many times over the last several years! While she was watching my animals, she was responsible for giving medication, feeding, playing, bathing, and giving lots of cuddles. She is an excellent pet sitter, she loves all my pets as if they were her own pets!”

14. Maia K.

“I had Maia do drop-in visits for my two cats while I was on vacation this month. She was wonderful. She did an initial meet-n-greet and was very pleasant. While I was away, she completed each daily drop-in and sent me a meaningful update with several pictures. This helped ease my mind tremendously. My nearly feral cats (around strangers) were even eating treats out of her hand a couple or so days in and she sent pics of that. Very reassuring! Maia even put out bird seed daily for me so the wild birds I feed wouldn’t go without. Maia was as pleasant as they come. Her personal and professional experience with animals made me feel so much better leaving my pets under her supervision. Highly recommend Maia!”

15. Xander F.
About: Growing up, I was a part of a program called Human Animal Bonding in Colorado, where I was taught how to connect top dogs emotionally, socially and verbally and use those skills to apply to real life situations, breaking me out of my social, insecure, neurodivergent shell. I've grown up with six big terriers, so I know my way around big, cuddly, dogs. My best friend is a German Shepherd named Ziva. I currently work part-time shifts that can go from 7-2 (Tues), or 7 - 11 (Wed), or 7-4 (weekends). I wish to pursue my dog-loving passions and possibly turn it into a career, alongside with my first responder training, and I hope starting Rover will do that. I take care of big dogs, numerous cats, and six other types of animals at home, so I can't have other animals at home due to the unfamiliarity. I am looking for extra activities, ones that consists outside of work and home because that's all where I am ever at these days. I just moved to Missouri, and I hope to find show the love I have for animals to places beyond my home. I have all kinds of necessary dog/cat accommodations. I have crates if needed, toys, extra food, leashes, etc. In my home, I have two big dogs who are trained to stay on 30 acres of property, they co-exist with barn cats and other various animals. Because of the other critters on the land, I do have to let them outside every time I leave the house. I had a dog that received special medical treatment every day and had to be watched regularly as he grew mean and tiredsome due to his deteriorating health. Fortunately, he is in a better place, but it shows that I can manage and care for dogs all of different behaviors and necessities and if I can use some of that stuff for other dogs, I've love to.

16. Tanya P.

“Tanya was the best! This was my first time leaving my dog Murphy in quite some time, so just like any dog "parent", I was worried. After two days of being away on a seven-day trip, my worries were eased. Tanya communicated and wrote detailed rover cards each day and sent photos of Murphy which we really appreciated. On the days that had terrible thunderstorms, she spent extra time with him and gave Murphy lots of attention. Thank you so much!”

17. Bonnie K.
“Bonnie has been sitting for my fur baby Nina for quite sometime. She has aways followed my instructions that I give her and makes sure Nina is took care of. I would recommend Bonnie.”

18. Gabrielle D.

“Gabby was great with my piggies! She was very attentive to them and sent great updates so I didn't have to worry about them when gone.”

19. Jayme M.
About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was little. There was always at least one dog in my home at all times. I love dogs! Right now my schedule a little flexible for drop ins, walks and other dog needs. Boarding can also be considered. Prefer nothing after 8pm but will make exceptions. I currently take my dogs out in the yard on a leash and walks in the neighborhood. I'm open to whatever your dog may need.

20. Morgan M.
“Morgan is very compassionate and patient with animals, especially dogs. We have left our medium sized labrador with her several times for up to a week at a time. She engages with the animal and keeps us updated frequently, and loves our pet like he was her own. She’s great to work with, and very professional. I would recommend her to anyone!”
