“I hate to be honest here. For fear that Kate and Ken will not be available when we need them in the future. They were so attentive to Tripp. Their dogs and our dog played so much. I received pictures and videos daily showing the smile on his face. We don’t have a yard as big as theirs. Or other dogs for him to play with. So this was a real treat for him. They understand our dog’s communication style. Let him be a dog. Play like a puppy. But also balanced it with the guidance and directions he is used to. Both Ken and Kelly were exactly what we hoped for when we signed up for care. We drove 40 minutes to drop him off and pick him up. Both my husband and I believe it is worth it. Previously Tripp had been boarded at a kennel. I started using Rover in hopes that he would get more interaction with dogs and humans while we were gone. Boy! Did Ken and Kelly do that! Thank you for loving him like one of your family!”

About: Hi! I'm a pre-vet student who has been working in a small-animal veterinary clinic for over 3 years and pet sitting for about 5 years. I absolutely love animals and enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality! Working in a vet clinic has given me hands-on experience caring for animals, and I'm comfortable with both dogs and cats. I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets, and I'll treat yours like they're my own. Whether it's going on walks, playing, sticking to their usual routine, or just giving them extra love and attention while you're away, I'm happy to help! During the school year, I would love to spend my weekends caring for your pets so I can give them plenty of time, attention, and love! During school breaks, I have much more flexibility during the week and can accommodate longer visits or more frequent pet sitting. I'm happy to work with you to find a schedule that fits your pet's needs and keeps them comfortable while you're away! I have a fenced-in yard where dogs can safely play and get some outdoor time, and there are no other pets in my home. I do have three roommates who are all comfortable around dogs and would be happy to give your pup some extra love! I'm also able to crate your dog if needed and will always follow your instructions to help them feel safe and comfortable. If your pet is more comfortable in their own environment, I'm happy to stay at your home or do drop-in visits instead. My goal is to make sure your pet feels loved, safe, and as comfortable as possible while you're away!

About: I have grown up around and loved pets since I was 7 years old! Many parts of my childhood I grew up with 5 dogs, but we just recently got our first cat. My partner is also an animal lover and grew up with multiple pets his entire life (his mom is a veterinarian!). We now have a 6 month old dachshund, Clover, and a cat, Stella Dallas! We are students so we have really relaxed schedules, and spend a lot of our time working from home. We live in a house that has a large privacy fence with a perfect sized backyard. We joined Rover to share our love with your animals! 🥰🐾 My partner and I are both students and I work a remote job. We spend a lot of our time not in class at home with our animals! I have a fenced in yard with a privacy fence. My dog Clover will keep your dog company as she loves to play with all of her cousins! Clover is crate trained so I have experience with that, but I don’t mind if your dog is not! I spend a lot of my time at home so your pup or cat will always be getting attention and the love they deserve while you’re away! :)

About: I’ve taken care of dogs, puppies, and senior dogs since I was 5! We are a dog loving family looking forward to loving on new friends! I am currently a stay at home mom with great flexibility and I have 4 kids from 10-17 who also loving caring for dogs and animals. We have an invisible fenced yard, lots of paths for walking, lots of extra toys, plenty of treats, and a large yard for them to play with our senior pup.

About: Growing up on a 2,500-acre farm, I’ve spent my entire life caring for animals—but dogs have always held a special place in my heart. I’ve never known life without one! I was raised with Golden Retrievers, Labradors, English Bulldogs, Yorkies, and Weimaraners and have experience caring for many other breeds, including German Shepherds, Great Pyrenees, Yorkies, Corgis, Great Danes, and Border Collies. As a certified dog trainer, I understand that every dog has a unique personality, routine, and set of needs. I treat every dog in my care like one of my own, providing plenty of love, attention, structure, playtime, and individualized care. Your dog’s comfort, happiness, and safety will always be my top priorities. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming your dog into my home as part of the family! I’m self-employed and work from home full-time, which allows me to be present with the dogs throughout the day. I’m available to provide frequent potty breaks, supervised playtime, enrichment, and plenty of individual attention. Because my schedule is flexible, I can also follow your dog’s normal feeding, medication, exercise, and rest routine as closely as possible. Safety, structure, and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced yard for supervised outdoor play and a climate-controlled indoor dog space with heating, air conditioning, and padded flooring for hot, cold, or rainy days. Dogs are carefully introduced, monitored during play, fed separately, and given scheduled breaks to prevent overstimulation. Overnight, each visiting dog sleeps safely in their own crate. I always follow the owner’s instructions and tailor care to each dog’s individual personality and needs. I am also certified by the American Red Cross in Pet First Aid & CPR.

About: I am very dependable and have lots of experience pet sitting. I have watched dogs with disabilities and health issues. I am trust worthy and love animals. I graduated William Woods University with an equestrian Science degree and have experience with all types of animals. I have my own transportation and am willing to stay over night. I am willing to do anything for your pet such as walking bathing and other things. I love to stay organized and keep things clean. You will never have to worry about your pets with me as I will spend a lot of time with them and make sure you feel comfortable with me taking care of them.
