About: I have cared for many animals growing up, my mom and I were both adopters of all kinds of strays. But I have been loving and caring for my very own sweet girl for 9 years! We adopted our baby from the humane society at 3 months old and worked through potty training, leash training, and command training. Please allow your pet to be my outlet so I stop asking my husband for another dog 😬 I am a homeschool momma so I am home or outside adventuring most of the day. I have a nice sized yard, however, it is not fenced in so if your fur baby likes to run off from time to time we may not be a good fit. I have 3 small kiddos (and myself) who would love nothing more than to snuggle on your pup! And our Vega girl enjoys running and playing with other doggos so your pup will get plenty of love and exercise! We do have 11 chickens who stay in their coop (we do let them free range from time to time, but they will be kept in their coop while you pup stays with us). However, due to having small children and chicks we will require a meet and greet before your precious pup comes to stay with us.

Dogs are family members so they are allowed on furniture and beds. I have a fully fenced yard and love to take walks daily. I am very happy to drop by for walks , potty breaks, and pets. The dogs struggled in the hotel and we were told that they could not stay alone as they cried and whined while we were away. About: I have two dogs of my own, Kirby 3 years old (mix of we aren't sure) and Jerry 8 years old (Yorkshire terrier) and I have many foster dogs in and out of my home as I work with a local rescue to save dogs from the shelter and unwanted homes. People say I'm an "animal person" because I like all animals...even snakes :) I have a very flexible schedule and am available most times of the day and each day of the week. I usually prefer dogs to have a harness rather than a collar just for safety of the pet. I will enjoy getting to know the pets in my community!
