About: I have owned animals all of my life. I currently have 4 dogs (2 labs, one rat terrier mix, and a corgie), a cat. In the past I've owned labs, Samoyeds, birds, fish, and a multitude of cats. I have a huge heart for animals and love to spoil them. The joy and love that animals bring to our hearts is unmatched. I work for a school, so I do have summer's off; meaning that I will have plenty of time to play with pets. During the school year, I am available after 3pm for afternoon walks. I will always choose what you prefer and what is best for you dog. I am not offering to have dogs stay in my home, due to the chaotic nature of my home. About: I've had cats for over 11 years and have been fostering for the past 7 months. Right now, my house is run by 5 resident cats and 5 foster cats. I just pay the mortgage. Between my own cats and fostering, I've learned that every cat comes with its own set of rules. Some want to be carried around like royalty. Some want you to admire them from six feet away. Some will scream for food as if they've never eaten a day in their lives. I'm comfortable with feeding, medications, litter box duty, playtime, and earning the trust of shy cats who prefer to pretend humans don't exist. I've cared for kittens, adults, seniors, and cats who needed a little extra patience while settling into a new situation. While you're away, I'll make sure your cat sticks to their routine, gets plenty of attention (if they want it), and has someone available to respond to any urgent meowing regarding an empty food bowl that is clearly still half full. I'll also send updates and photos, because I know you'll miss them. Your cat probably won't admit to missing you, but we'll keep that between us. 'm a stay-at-home parent and work part-time in the evenings, so I'm available during the day for pet visits and check-ins. Animal care is already a big part of my daily routine. I currently have 5 resident cats and 5 foster cats, so feeding, cleaning, medications, and keeping up with different personalities is just part of everyday life. My schedule is flexible, and I'm used to planning my day around the needs of animals. I follow the pet's normal routine as closely as possible. During visits, I make sure food and water are fresh, litter boxes are cleaned, and pets get whatever attention they enjoy—whether that's playtime, brushing, treats, or simply having someone sit with them for a while. I'm comfortable giving oral medications if needed and always keep an eye out for any changes in behavior, appetite, or litter box habits. About: Hi! We are a family of 5 (mom, dad, and 3 girls whose ages are 16, 18, and 20) who love animals, being outdoors, and hanging out together. We are home almost every day because we homeschool. We are always walking and riding bikes around our neighborhood and love to go hiking, and also enjoy a nice evening relaxing by our fire and curling up with a good book.
