About: I’ve been dog sitting for 4 years and have been around all kinds of dogs my whole life. About: Dogs have always held a special place in my heart. I grew up with three wonderful dogs throughout my childhood, each teaching me something different about love, patience, and companionship. About: I've had cats my whole life, and while I've never owned a dog, I've pet sit for my family and friends on multiple occasions. And, for the past two years I've been working for a pet sitting company! It's been a great joy to get to know the dogs and cats I have met over the past two years. I also have worked in a shelter enviroment and have enxperience administering medicine and vaccines, as well as with dogs and cats with specific behavorial needs. Since I have four cats of my own right now I won't be able to house any animals in my home, but I have a car and am happy to drive to your house and take your pets to wherever they might need! I'm currently devoting most if my time to pet sitting and am willing to fit in a visit or a walk anytime, and any day of the week. What attracted my attention at the beginning was Scott’s long term experience of taking care of dogs and turned a rescued dog into a therapy dog. During meet and greet, Scott was transparent and he told me his life stories particularly with dogs by showing many pictures. He missed his last dog Jack very much. He also patiently learned my dog’s behavior in order to make my dog being less stressful and comfortable during boarding. He was willing to make changes to accommodate my dog’s behavior and he prepared well before I dropped off my dog. He updated me at least once a day with multiple pictures. I could see my dog was happy, playful and tired. When I picked up my dog, Scott reviewed details with me what happened during my dog’s stay. I highly recommend Scott being your dog sitter.
