Megan was fantastic. We got an 10 week old puppy 2 wks before our vacation. I thought my husband was going to have to stay home to take care of her but I decided to check Rover and we found Megan. She was great about keeping us updated and sending pictures. She has no issues taking care of our untrained little girl. I’m thankful we found her and would definitely use her again.
Gina was great, we used her to board our dog Bugsy at the end of summer 2024 for around 11 days and we were excited to use her services again for around 6 days. We really liked that she offered to do a meet and greet prior to us booking. She was very responsive and efficient. Prior to our trip, we discussed the frequency and form of communication everyone was comfortable with. Once on the trip, Gina was communicative and sent us pictures and updates. Bugsy can be very finicky about eating and Gina was great about being adaptable and quick thinking with solutions to get him to eat. It made it a lot easier to enjoy our trip knowing that Bugsy was in good hands. We would love to use Gina for future boarding!
Diem was communicative and thoughtful during our dog's stay with her. She was on top of every request and concern that we had before the boarding. She sent us constant updates, and our little Sassy dog has made a friend for life. We will return to Diem for boarding again.
Meg & Chad (and Winter!) were very welcoming to our dog Jessie and took great care of her while we were gone for the weekend. Meg is knowledgeable and detail oriented about giving meds and was able to give our pup her insulin and keep her on schedule. Thank you so much!! We felt confident leaving Jessie in their capable hands.
