About: I have taken care of family/friends dogs since I was little, I have also taken care of my own since I was a teenager. I have one puppy now who is a year and 5 months who is my best friend. I love all animals. I can help train a bit with basics if need be, am very patient and caring. I am able to take on walks, to the park or just hang out if needed. I can also give baths if they need one. I understand all dogs are unique and have different needs and am willing to help. I currently work part time, Tuesday through Friday. So I will have plenty of time to check in on, take on walks/ to parks and just play with your animals. I can also bring my puppy along for other dogs if you would like so they have someone to play with or just learn to be around other dogs! I can either take care of your pet in your home or in mine if needed. I do have a fenced yard and a puppy of my own. Who is friendly with other dogs and can play/ keep your dog company if you would like. I know how crates work and am willing to learn the routine you have for your animal. (Food/crate/sleeping habits).

About: After being with my shih tzu Charlie since I was 5 years old, I’ve grown to adore animals no matter their shape nor size! I’ve learned to care for dogs and cats in many ways! I’m completely free, anytime, anywhere, to take care of your animals! Preferably a day communication in advance would be great to take the best care of your pets. I’m able to handle aggressive and not trained animals as any other, as well as survey them 24/7. Living with two cats currently, I am able to always check up on them and provide the TLC needed!

About: I’ve owned and cared for dogs and cats my entire life. I have also had pets ranging all the way from reptiles to rabbits, so I am have very well rounded pet skills. I currently work a full time job, but I am wanting to take care of animals on my weekends. I am also available to walk dogs on most of my work days. I am a very quick learned and I am good at following instructions, so I know I will be able to care for your fur babies just how you like. I will also give them all of the love and attention that they want to make them feel safe while you are away.

About: I grew up having dogs and cats as pets throughout my childhood. I've had some formal training and experience volunteering at the Oregon Humane Society as a Dog Walker / Kennel Buddy as well as 8 months of full-time professional pet care experience working with a local company based out of the Sellwood-Moreland neighborhood. I've been a reliable and consistent pet sitter for friends both short-term and extended stays. Many compliments have been given about how clean their home is when they come back from their trip! It is an honor being chosen to take care of and loving your pets as much as possible! If I am staying overnight, I make sure to devote as much of my free time to being present and actively engaged with your pets according their specific needs. I do have a part-time job in which I work a couple of 8 hour shifts per week, but because it is a flexible schedule, I have the choice to schedule my days to fit around the needs of your pet(s). I believe in leaving your living space at least as clean or cleaner than I found it. I understand how huge a responsibility it is to take care of not only someone else's pets, but their home as well. If any issues arise, I notify you soon as possible. I love sending updates as much as you need - especially snapping album worthy photos and video clips so that you feel safe knowing how well loved and taken care of your pets are!

About: I worked at a pet boarding facility for a 7 years before I moved. I am a fast learner and choose to have the pet accept me before moving on to anything else. I shadowed groomers and vets to be sure the road I was taking would assure me happiness with animals and still plenty of time with my own animals. Working with the boarding facility I learned pets are different without there parents and can act differently around them so learning their likes and dislikes personally is a must for me. I want to make sure Pets and Parents are happy with me as help. I want both parties to feel safe, happy, and well rested when staying with me. I am currently working part-time with a flexible schedule. I would be able to come for an early morning and evening walk or adventure if needed. I have two dogs that are high energy. We often go to parks, take long walks, or swimming during hot days. I do have a kennel and a large vehicle for transport.

About: I have been a pet caregiver since I was a very small girl. I have helped Mama's deliver babies when needed. I have even done mouth to mouth and chest compressions on new horns a few times when needed. I have a huge heart for pets and animals of all kinds. My family of pets are trained either to alert me to go potty, use a box or crate themselves. I am able to give medication as needed and bathe if needed. My children are PET TRAINED. I have very strict rules in place about all animals big or small. I really hope you consider us in your upcoming needs. Happy New Year! I am always home except for appointments which we can discuss and decide if on those days I can meet your pets needs or if another sitter is better. I do not smoke in my home. I have 4 children, all pet trained and pet friendly. I do not have a large or fenced yard BUT I have an absolutely amazing park that abuts to my house so there is plenty of opportunity to run and play. I am at home all day for the entire week so I am able to keep a good schedule for my fury clients. I don’t have a problem with med or potty schedules. I listen to their needs. I watch for cues to hunger or need to potty. I feed and walk my pets or clients pets. When they need bathed I handle that as well. Medications in my house are no problem at all as over the years I’ve learned a lot about injectable and oral medications. I’m not the master for certain but I try my best to be your pets next best friend while I am with them.

About: I have had my own dog for 8 years since she was a puppy and have two cats, 12 yrs and 2 yrs. I have 2 years of professional experience with cats and dogs and I know a lot about their behaviors and how to interact with them. Willing to learn your pet’s quirks to better help your needs! On week days, I’m awake around 5 am and can easily check in on your pets from 6 am to 3 pm. Currently doing freelance work so my hours are fairly open. I can easily take a dog on a 1 to 2 mile walk and work on leash manners. I can also feed any animals their meals if necessary and administer any medications. Willing to spend as much time as necessary with your pet in order to help as much as I can.

About: Know what it's like to own dogs since childhood. Tell me what they love, like, and hate. Love to bring gifts for the dog(s) anytime. Also been a great house sitter and pet sitter for my mother in the past when she visited grandkids for a week in California. As far in advance as possible since I also do crowd management seasonally but haven't worked since April 1st. P.S. I live in a condo on the ground level with a patio and a view of Mill Creek. I'd prefer to house and/or pet watch at your place.

About: I have been responsible for, owned, or been caretaker of animals of all sizes (cats to buffalo) for 50+ years here and in Texas. I love animals of all kinds (except reptiles) and am comfortable and confident in their care. I am semi-retired and have a very flexible schedule. The job I have now only requires that I have internet access, so I am able to work from just about anywhere. I spend the summer months in the Pacific Northwest and the rest of the year traveling from Southern California to Key West and up through the Carolinas. I am happy to follow client's instructions and respect your pet's routines and expectation. I know that love is just as important as fresh water and a regular feeding schedule. I'll take the time to make sure chins are scratched, tummies are rubbed, balls are thrown, and time spent just loving on them is prioritized.

About: I have cared for everything from dogs to lizards to horses. My love for animals is infinite (so far). My main responsibility came from my German Shepard, who I trained to walk well on leash and not lash out at other dogs. About: I have always had dogs in my house since I was small and in the past five years we have gotten cats. We have also had some exotic animals including: chinchilla , hamsters, guinea pigs, a bearded dragon, and birds. I work as a transcriber so I am always home. My dogs need medication so I make sure they eat it after their food. As I have cats as well I do a daily scoop to make sure that there is no waste in there. I make sure to always read every part of instructions for the care of the fur baby that I am taking care of as well as cleaning up after the mess that may happen while I am there.

About: Whether your pup is young and full of energy or on the older, calmer side of life and likes to lounge, I am your woman! I currently provide daily care for my friends 7 year old Shih Tzu mix, as well as my neighbors 4 year old Husky. I would say I definitely understand Dogs more than I do people. I love talking to them, taking them for long walks, playing fetch and teaching them new tricks. I am also a Cat lover! If you have a cat or kitten that needs to be fed, litter box cleaned or just loved on, I am available for that as well.
